We will not return!! On the website it says it was open for Christmas and it wasn't!! Not everyone cooks for Christmas!! I definitely understand having your Christmas off with family but if you're going to be closed then say its closed!! You need to update your website!!

Placed a drive through order about 9:15 PM in the store parking lot. went to the drive through line for pick up. i was told the only way they could fulfill the order was if i would accept Extra Crispy and not the Original recipe order I placed because they were closing in 1 hour and they did not have the order I placed, and they would not make the order I placed because they were closing in 1 hour. I asked how to cancel the order and was told to go to the website I placed the order at. I could not find a cancel feature and asked for help on how to do the cancel, and was refused any type of assistance.

I am so glad I did not bite into this thing!!!! I just went through the drive-through and ordered a spicy chicken sandwich, this thing is so old and dry. It looks like it’s been sitting there for hours. The meat on the inside is now gray looking. I cannot believe that they served this to a customer, if the weather was not so bad outside, I would drive back up there and show them how horrible this thing is!!!!!!

Original chicken is always salty. The Original chicken is crispy chicken not Original moist recipe. The chicken crust is darker than it should be. And the chicken wings,legs and thighs are small.

Ordered honey BBQ wings I got hot honey BBQ wings which I can't eat anything spicy and it took over 20-25 min to get my order!!! So many employees and to have this other customer who was there before me wait a whole hour for their food!!!! That's a shame.

The customer service was awful. The employee at the drive thru window clearly hates her job and made it clear with her attitude. She handed over our food without saying a word, leaving us unsure if the entire order was complete. The whole interaction was unprofessional. To make matters worse, there was a FRUIT FLY/INSECT ON ONE OF THE ITEMS, STUCK DIRECTLY ONTO THE FOOD-not just the packaging. Completely unacceptable service and food quality. This employee probably won’t care about losing customers since it’s not her business, but the owner should seriously consider hiring staff who actually value customer service. This experience was both disgusting and disappointing. I won’t be returning.

Ordered two chicken pot pies which they rarely have, stated they only had one and would be a five minute wait. Before he could sit down the order was ready. Got home only to find out only one, again only one small piece of chicken in this pie, other one had slightly more. This is ridiculous to pay for something you are not getting. Would have taken it back but it is not around the corner. So Disappointed!!!
