Sat in the drive thru for over 10 minutes and no one ever came to the intercom. Drove to the pick up window and no one was there. A worker inside shook her he'd signaling no. I tried to go inside and the doors were locked. 2:30pm on Saturday. I'll never go back!

I ordered through Grub Hub at 2:32pm. The order was finally delivered at 4:00pm. It was missing a soda and 1 piece of fish. When I tried calling the store I got a recording saying they were busy and to try again later then it hung up.

If you're going for nostalgic purposes, you'll be disappointed. Other than that, it was still pretty decent food for the price. Pickup or drive-through is definitely recommended if cleanliness is your biggest thing. Bring back the old hush puppies! That new version of it isn't as good.

I haven't been here in years...And will not be back.I went here November 26 ,2024.The food was terrible.The fish looked and tasted like it had been sitting there all day it was old and dried out the shrimps was soggy and the waffle fries was cold and hard.And I was so excited to eat long john silver and got disappointed...😱😪

Went to purchase food after work got there around 6:50pm. The store doesn't close until 10 and the lobby was closed.l already. We left because we weren't interested in using the drive thru. I believe this only shows terrible customer service.
