Olive Garden Italian Restaurant

Always shorted on my soup and have to ask for extra sauce. Orland is much better.

Very cold dining room. Food cooled off far too soon. Bread sticks were stiff like cardboard.

Wasn’t able to complete the survey online but I wanted to make sure to recognize our amazing server Jordan D. He was very attentive and friendly and made our dining experience great! Even with it being busy, he made sure to check on us frequently and make sure everything was good.

The gps had us confused on where to turn but we found it. Everything was fresh and delicious.

Our server Rose barely serviced us. We get in and she takes our drink and food orders, slightly rushing but we were hungry so it was okay. However, as we were waiting and we needed drinks refilled and such, we would have to flag her down to do so. When our food was finally brought out, she asked us if we wanted cheese but then didn’t do it in front of us. She did it behind us where we couldn’t really see or ask to stop (she did the same thing when got a salad). We originally thought maybe she was having a bad day but she gave perfect service to the people next to us. She walked them through the menu and brought out whatever they needed. Gave them their cheese in front of them and was just overall attentive. She constantly passed us and didn’t look in our direction once.

It was a really poor experience. We got the never ending pasta but only stayed for the main dish because it was taking a long time just to get drinks refilled or things of the such.

Just left this place and asked for more Alfredo sauce because sometimes their noodles can be dry. I asked for an extra sauce keep in mind I waited an extra 15 min just for sauce. I was so shocked when they brought out this small container. I asked the girl to get the manager. He comes out and tells me it’s an additional $4.00 for sauce. I told him don’t worry will not be coming back to dump. Now I see why they have 4.1 stars I hate you can’t give zero. Twenty plus years however never again glad I live close to the one in Indiana better food and customer service.

I sat there for 20 minutes with water only finally received our salad.
Ask the manager for the breadsticks.
Never asked if we wanted any more breadsticks.

Never asked us any other drink( soda etc).
40 minutes later we decided to take our food to go.
Got our food to go had to ask for the extra sauce had to ask for a bag for our to-go meals and then had to ask for our bill.
The table next to us said they got their appetizer before they even got a salad

I ordered the chicken Alfredo which came with maybe 5 or 6 tiny strips of chicken placed on top. When I asked if it was because it was the never ending the server said no that's their normal portions. Orland Park location definitely gives you a proportionate amount of chicken. Then she said if she got more they'd charge me, but ended up bringing it for me anyway. The extra chicken was old an dry but she tried to fix it so I didnt wanna complain. This is the 1st time my husband an I didnt eat our leftovers from olive garden. I forgot what lasagna he got but he said it was dry an not good at all. This was our 1st and last time visiting this location unfortunately. We tried it so we could try a new location since we always go to orland an were HIGHLY disappointed.

Sat for 30min without being addressed, first person to come up mentioned they hated it there.

I was one of the first customers to order when the restaurant was just opening, yet part of my order was completely forgotten. The food I did receive tasted old, like it was from the day before — sour and vinegary, and I had to throw it away.

It was so bad that I didn’t even feel like going back to complain about the missing items
