I haven't ate at Panera Bread in years. Today I stopped by the Matteson location and got a whole Chicken Caesar Salad. Where's the lettuce in the salad??? There was more cheese than lettuce and this looks like a half than a whole salad!!! I paid $13 for cheese and 2 salad dressing...Ridiculous!....Note to self---stop going to these restaurants...

I could bet on the drive-through being slow every time and win. The service at the window is consistently rude. I just want things to improve. This is the closest Panera location to me, and it's disappointing to be let down every time. The food was okay.

The manager and the person I spoke to on the phone immediately rectified the situation by bringing my correct order to my home quickly. I appreciate Panera's customer service. I wish had got their names to personally thank them both.

The food is always freshly prepared and delicious. You can dine in and there's plenty of parking.
Incompetent workers. Placed an order got home and the only thing in the bag was a piece of bread and a cup of tomato sauce 🤦🏽♀️
