I’ve called this place over 10 times to get my refund and no one is answering the phone. They answered when I called to cancel my order but when I called back a few days later now they can’t answer the phone. Terrible.

I went to Potbelly's Monday, Dec. 16, 2024. Asked for a Turkey on Swiss with white bread with heavy mayonnaise on the top and bottom bread. They put a very lite smear on the top bun only and extremely stingy with the smoked ham! This was my first & last order at this Potbelly's. Ashley, who took my order was GREAT!

It seems to be a problem each time I visit. When I tried to order last week, they claimed that they were having system issues and weren’t able to serve any food. Today I ordered a pickup order and they had a “shortage” on the chicken pot pie soup that I paid for. They also missed details of my order by forgetting my cookie and the type of bread on the sandwiches. The wait was very long for a drive thru, yet barely anyone in line. Earlier this year I sat waiting for my order for 30 minutes that ended up being totally incorrect. Done giving them a try.

On three different occasions (and we don't go often) my daughter and I noticed this location is locking their door and announcing they are closed and it is only after 7pm. No explanation. This is a big inconvenience when your hours are 10am-11pm.

I went to order soup thru the drive-thru. Well didn’t even place my order cause I was never greeted to say I’ll be with you in a minute or anything. After 10min waiting a while I just drove off. I’ll visit a different location moving forward.

I walk into this particular potbelly, was told that the lobby was closed if i wanted to order i would go through drive thru….i look around it’s people eating in the lobby and two people waiting on food, so i head to the parking lot just to see, people still going in taking orders and coming out with food, i go in to ask why was i told the lobby was closed when it clearly wasn’t manager said it was her decision to close the lobby because no one was in drive thru…..corporate will def receive a call about this and i wont eat at this one ever again…
