Walked in and up to the counter to pick up an order, another customer walked in a minute after I did and stood behind me in line. I was waiting in front of the the register and the employee that came up acted like I didnt exist and looked through me to the customer behind me, asked her what her name for her order was and handed her the order in my face. She proceeded to walk away and start working. I stared at her for a minute until she felt uncomfortable and asked me if i was waiting on an order. She gave me the order and i walked away. Made me feel uncomfortable and awkward. No idea why she was specifically being rude to me. But she was polite to the woman behind me. EDIT: I am just remembering that I found a chewed off fingernail in my shake from this location last year. It was the exact same employee i had this recent issue with. I am very sure it is a specific employee that is responsible for a good amount of these negative reviews.

I got food poisoning and I think it was on purpose !
Our ordered was not correct. However, the manager fixed our order and went above and beyond to make sure we received the order how it was supposed to be and more. We appreciated the manager being concerned about our food and service. Thank you!!!

I ordered on the mobile app and the food wasn’t ready until 15 minutes past the appointed time. I stood at the counter when I first came in and was ignored by the 7 employees behind the counter. The girl that came over spoke so low I couldn’t even hear her and when she brought over the one sandwich she made she basically tossed it down carelessly on the counter where she was going to bag the food. This Potbelly is definitely going downhill and fast

I’m very dissatisfied. I was told to come inside because the drive through is down. Then the girl at the counter ask the person that just walked in behind me what they wanted before me. Then I ordered a turkey avocado and a veggie melt. The girl puts my turkey avocado in and the veggie melt but the veggie melt gets used for someone else’s order. I’m standing there waiting watching the guy who does the toppings look back and forth to me and the girl for about three minutes saying she will make it eventually. Finally I go back to the counter and ask for the veggie melt and she says she already made it. The guy says I thought that was for the other order. Finally she makes it.Then I get home and there isn’t any avocado on either sandwich. I tried to call the store to find out if I have to ask for avocado thinking that since it’s in the name that I shouldn’t need to. But apparently they don’t take calls because nobody will answer. Terrible location I won’t be back. Also the use the same knife to the cut meat sandwiches to cut the veggie sandwiches which is cross contamination. Who trained these people?

3/20/25: Waited 15 minutes while they’re taking drive thru orders and the lady (young lady, with hat on in the middle making them) making the sandwiches doesn’t ask what I want on the sandwich and just starts adding ingredients. Ma’am what if I was allergic? Horrible wait time and service.
Probably won’t be back. I just had to go back and almost had another messed up order when going on the inside to correct the first one. My mothers order was messed up and I didn’t think to go back I just sent her money for the mistakes of them smh
