i order two broccoli cheddar soups with no forks or napkins and a Avo Turkey with mostly none of what comes on it for what i payed for and the soup didn't taste like the potbelly in Homewood on halsted i will not be back again what a waste of money i didnt get what i payed for

If you are ordering for a group from this location, make sure to Double Check your receipt. We got charge $99.99 for two "Pick Your Pairs"...their salads are good, but not $200.00 worth. This whole situation has really turned our program off from ordering from Potbelly's again. I have been in contact with multiple people from this store, and nobody seems to provide us with an accurate answer. This transaction happened back in December of 2023, and we have never received our refund. (Attached is a picture of the charges smh)Update: I was told to reach out 3 weeks ago to customer service, I emailed them and nobody has responded to me. This place is a joke, please don’t spend your money at this location.

After having me wait at the drive thru window for literally 20 min waiting on my sandwich they then slap together my sandwich with absolutely no care to follow the order. Instead of a big wreck with all the toppings I get this instead. A complete waste of my money and time.

I can tell the employees are very unsanitary & have no regards for the customers satisfaction once so ever. This is my second time going to the restaurant finding a piece of hair in my food. I also keep finding other little different ingredients in my bowls of soup that shouldn’t be there like olives! Once again The workers are very unsanitary & sloppy with the way they make the food. Don’t eat here.

I used to get great service at this location and corrections to any and all problems promptly. For the past 2 months, every visit I have had issues. Whether the drive thru time is 15+ mins being pulled up waiting, the dine in wait is 20+ mins waiting with no one else inside, milkshake is disgusting, no soup, no soup toppings, sandwiches made wrong. I have noticed that Adam no longer is at the location during times I would frequently see him and since I have noticed this I have noticed the deep decline in service this location has had. I literally just left after waiting 10+ minutes in the drive thru for soup and a milkshake, got a liquid vanilla shake instead of Oreo with a stale cookie on top, after being put on hold by staff because they were trying to figure out their inventory. Hopefully the Frankfort location is better because the service here is just terrible now, especially for the pricing. And please let’s not talk about the paper straws for a thick milkshake (when it’s made right)!

I am writing to let you all know about my experience at this location this afternoon. At 1:40 my friend and I came to this location. As soon as we pulled up to the speaker we were told to hold on and we said ‘ok that’s fine give us a moment as well’. She then proceeded to get back on the speaker and SCREAM ‘HELLO’ at us. So we hurriedly ordered our food even though at that point we weren’t sure if we should. It’s snowing and we wanted something warm to eat. We ordered 1 cup of chili 1 bowl of chili and a large coke. As we pulled up to the window she slammed it open, stuck her hand out and didn’t say a word. We asked if we could Apple Pay at the window and she just stared at us. We asked again and she stuck the reader out again without saying anything. She cracked the window after we paid and attempted to pass us the bag through the crack. Since she couldn’t she then slammed the doors back open and handed us the bag again without saying anything. When we initially ordered she didn’t ask us if we wanted any kind of toppings but because of her aggressive attitude we didn’t even want to ask. I frequent this location because I live and work in the area. I think that was extremely disrespectful. When I called the store to complain I was told that she’s actually the manager and her name is Stacey. We didn’t get good service, good food or our receipt. I would like to be compensated for my food and the horrendous service we received.

I have to be completely honest. The food here is great and the service with some staff is excellent. But unfortunately there's almost always something wrong with my order and this only happened as of recently within the past few months. I've tried over and over to give them chance after chance but after this last time I was done. I placed my order through the app and it was supposed to be ready at 10:18 a.m. for pickup I got there maybe 2 minutes earlier. I went through the drive-thru and then ask the lady can I just pull around to the front and have someone bring it out since there was a long line and I was just there for a pickup. She stated to me yeah you can pull out front if you want so I did. After sitting there for about 3 to 4 minutes I then decided to get up and go inside. When I got inside and spoke to the lady she was just now making my order at this time it had already been 5 or 6 minutes past 10:18 and I made my order at 10:03. I was frustrated because the whole purpose of me making the order online is that I could just pick it right up because I would be late for work if I hadn't done it that way.This is the second time that I've ordered something online from them and when I went to pick it up there just now making it I requested for it to be ready ASAP. When I stated to the lady my order isn't ready yet she said it's just a salad I could do it fast. I continued to wait while the lady took her precious time making my salad then when she was making my soup she was standing around looking for something as if she was confused. I purposely think that she was moving slowly because I did not look happy and was standing there with my arms folded. As she was standing there waiting for whatever it is she was waiting for I looked at the clock it was almost 10:30 I had to leave I had to be at work in 5 minutes and I could not be late so I just walked out. At that point I was fed up I had given them so many chances I was over it. I then called the manager whose name is Mario I finally got in touch with him a few hours later and he said to me that he would refund my money and that he's sorry for the inconvenience. I do have to say that my experiences with Mario the general manager have been very pleasant and he has great customer service skills. Unfortunately I will not be going back to Potbelly's if I did decide to go back it would only be because of him and his kindness. I have yet to receive my refund this was Thursday the 12th of October and today is the 17th he told me it takes 5 to 7 business days but it has already been posted in my account that they've taken the money out so let's just pray I get my money back because I would hate to have to call corporate. Like I said the food is good the service just sucks from time to time it depends on who you get and always check your food before you leave.

Hello, we had a horrible experience at this potbelly location. We ordered 2 Mediterranean sandwiches with no chicken. What we received was one sandwich that had chicken, and the other one had 1 slice of cucumbers, 2 slices of artichokes and no red peppers.When I went back to the workers to tell them our sandwiches were wrong I was treated horribly with attitude and discontent. They made us more sandwiches which were wrong again. Our 2nd round of sandwiches were both missing cucumbers and red peppers.When I went up for the third time I was again responded with a very unprofessional and aggressive attitude. The worker told me they had no red pepper, which was the first time I was told. They finally made our sandwiches correctly minus the red pepper, and the sandwich had 2 slices of cucumber and again almost no artichokes or cheese. The sandwich was very disappointing and the service we received was even worse. I get if you’re out of ingredients, that’s not the problem. The problem is how the workers treated us, that’s unacceptable. For the amount this food costs we expect a decent quality and to get the correct order.We will not be going to a Potbelly ever again, especially this branch, after this experience and we plan to tell our friends and family to avoid this restaurant since the service is so horrible. We are not happy with the service or quality of your restaurant.
