I ordered take out steak meals and everything was overcooked, the steaks were so tough, baked potatoes overcooked the asparagus was ok didn't appreciate the meal at all

I visited this business last night (03/27/25) and to make a long story short, I see why Red Lobster is failing. Poor management and service is what I experienced. I will never go there again.
It was not good at all, food had no seasoning and was warmwhen brought to thr table , soup was cold, and the only thing that was hot was the biscuits. For it to be a slow night with not a lot of people inside it took a long time for food to arrive
