On multiple occasions, they completely ignored my order notes, which is frustrating as I have little ones with allergies. The breaded chicken sandwich is awful. This used to be one of my faves, I don't know what happened...Gave a 3 for a variety of menu options, and some items are still consistent.

I originally went to Red snapper to get catfish tails and of course they were out of them so I had to make another decision so I thought I would try the chicken bad idea price was good the chicken itself was really dried out they cooked it too long not satisfied and I definitely will not be back

I ordered a 6-piece wing and a 2-piece catfish fillet. The wings were so small, I was scared to eat them, and the catfish fillet was not catfish! This is unacceptable!!

They have great food but they take forever cooking and you have to watch them when they make your food they was making a gyro and the meat fell on the floor. They started talking their language and started laughing. One dude shook his head and he threw it in the garbage. But Had me thinking how many other food that they drop and served to us
Wasted $20....charged me extra for all steak, didnt give all steaked catfish. Catfish didn't taste like catfish(Swai?) and the chicken tasted funny as well. Would not recommend.

Their prices are too high to be serving people fake fish! Paid almost $16 for a 3 piece catfish dinner and only ended up eating the fries and condiment sized coleslaw. And they have nerve to charge 3.5% to use your card! Service was good but quality of food was poor. Very disappointed.

Yesterday ordered 2 fish combo with catfish & chicken wings if I could give a zero star I would my chicken wings were fried so hard there was no meat & 2 small catfish steaks & the perch fish smelled spoiled won't buy anything from this place ever again.
