Our family stopped by Starbucks for a quick treat, and we had the pleasure of being helped by Meghan for the first time. She was incredibly warm, friendly, and welcoming… the kind of person who makes you feel right at home, even if it’s your first visit.
Meghan was patient with our order, made great recommendations, and handled everything with such a positive attitude. Her customer service was truly outstanding, and she brought such a great energy to the experience.
It’s not every day you meet someone who makes your coffee stop feel extra special!

Ordered an iced matcha latte. Took about 10 minutes to get, and what I received was an iced water with a scoop or 2 of matcha. The drink was nothing like I received in the past. 😒

The Matteson starbucks is the by far the best in the area. I pass about 5 others on my drive to work but I will only stop here. The staff is amazing and the service is always great.

Sarah the shift supervisor was great. Very helpful and accommodating and she had a good energy to her.
First time at a Starbucks location and buying a cup off the shelves and staff refused to rinse the cup out that we paid for.

I would give o stars. After waiting in a long line for horrible service I will not recommend or come back here. After they continued to mess up my order and laugh about it being made wrong they also charged for extra Carmel drizzle that I didn't order. They remade my pink drink 3 times and thought it was funny that someone kept making it wrong. They didn't put my food in a bag or give forks or anything. I wouldn't spend my money anywhere with this kind of unpleasant rude horrible service.

This Starbucks in matteson is so nasty I’d ordered an iced vanilla coffee and the coffee tasted so old and nasty omg I threw up I will never come to this Starbucks ever again

This is the slowest Starbucks ever! I understand after the pandemic that companies have struggled with being short staffed however this location has consistently been extremely slow with no operational improvements since opening.
I walked in waited about 6mins to place my order. Waited a little over 20mins for my order then requested a refund. Ruined my morning and almost made me late for my 8:30 class.

Chris the store manager is the rudest person in the world! The way he talked to me and handled me is totally disgusting! I received my drink and knew it was not made properly and I taste the drink and it was disgusting. I asked for it to be made over and he proceeded to tell me it was made right in an argumentative manner. I asked for a refund. Again giving me attitude and threatened to close the window on me. How are you a leader acting like this showing the other employees it’s ok to be rude to paying customers. I will never go to this Starbucks ever again!
