I am giving this a low rating strictly based off of the new policy/standard of not marking out product in the mobile system when it is actually out. I used to work for SB and so I know mornings can be hectic so I always make it a point to give more than enough time when placing a mobile order. Today I had 2 drinks that I placed 25 mins ahead of time. I get there and they let me know they did not have the syrup needed for that drink. So I had to wait for a drink to be made. 10 mins later I was finally on my way to work. This is the second time this has happened. Here's what it sounds like to me.... Starbucks wants to get every dollar they can and so they trick you into getting something you may of passed up on instead of opting out originally to order. Do better SBUX. So SBUX, my question is.. what is thr point of mobile ordering if there is still a chance I will have to wait for my order. NOTE: This also happened when there was an LTO syrup that they knew they was not getting back! Make it make sense

They now show a camera which you can tell the barista are judging u today i got called a man and laugh at which I didn’t fine funny they need to do better if it going they face then on top of that he mess of my order

I loved being greeted by all the happy faces! The baristas even walked my drink to me and then another, asked if there was anything else that was needed for me or my sister. The drinks/mochas, were absolutely enjoyable 😉

I love the medicine ball tea with peppermint. The lady at the window made mistakes one the order but there was a young man who corrected everything and gave me the drinks on the house! Great customer service!

So I get my caramel ribbon crunch, right? And there’s coffee, caramel, and whipped cream running all down the side of the cup. I point it out, and instead of fixing it, they just stick my cup inside another cup. But because they filled it so much, it’s still overflowing and dripping down the sides. Like… what makes them think I want to throw that in my car and have my cup holder all sticky and gross? I ended up asking for a remake, and they did it—but you could tell they really didn’t want to.

Baristas asked my friend twice if he wanted whipped cream on his drink, then he still had to go back to them to have it put in after being served. The lattes are low on coffee flavor and taste funny, as in maybe spoiled milk. I rarely go to a Starbucks anymore. Local shops do it better

Rei and Sara and Destiny and McKennzi and Maddy and the rest of the crew are the best. Just like family. I order the ice shaken espresso with brown sugar with an extra shot and oat milk all shaken together. 💗

Our family stopped by Starbucks for a quick treat, and we had the pleasure of being helped by Meghan for the first time. She was incredibly warm, friendly, and welcoming… the kind of person who makes you feel right at home, even if it’s your first visit.
Meghan was patient with our order, made great recommendations, and handled everything with such a positive attitude. Her customer service was truly outstanding, and she brought such a great energy to the experience.
It’s not every day you meet someone who makes your coffee stop feel extra special!
