I don’t know the young lady’s name that was taking orders at the drive-thru at 5:50 am to 6:05 am on June 6th, 2023, but her disposition was negative and misanthropic. No matter the circumstances met in one’s life, Positivity should always be sent and received, and the young lady taking orders at the drivethru didn’t mirror that attribute. The food was also lukewarm, I never had an issue with this location up until now.
This doesn't happen often here (hence 3 stars) but today was awful. Long line (that's normal, no biggy), but then when I order, all I can hear is the barista breathing. I tell her "your breathing into the mic a lot", she doesn't move the mic, so I just yell my order over her breathing: a breakfast wrap and a shaken espresso (a menu item with no modifications). This is what I'm handed (see pic). A cup with 25% air and 50% ice... First time leaving...
Mia was a total delight to me this evening! Very helpful, friendly, and gave excellent customer service! I look forward to her serving me again in the near future. I’ve been to several Starbucks in the south suburbs, but this was the best experience I’ve ever had! Also, the best Strawberry Frappuccino I’ve ever had at any location! My mother had one as well, but hers was made with Stevia and she loved it! Thank you, Mia!!!
