I would starve to death before go to this subway or refer this subway to any of my family or friends.
I was traveling to chicago and had to eat for lunch so we go in this subway i had to literally pee in my pants and pay for my subway before i was let use the restroom. Eventhough i told them that we are here to dine in and ill be buying subs. Employees stated its subway policy. That you have to purchase food before you can use restroom. You can not stop people with madical conditions.

There is no manager, on duty here to answer or correct complain. The employees on duty are clueless of what to do if an problem arising. Food horrible, pop machine malfuncting.
Better go to a different subway if you want good customer service.

My favorite staff are Olivia, Grace, Gina, Kayla, and Marcus! I've never received any bad service and I've been eating here for years! I love that the staff is consistent, and I see the same smiling faces every time I come in who greet me with "Hey! Welcome to Subway!"

The store's presentation is immaculate ?? and always clean and free from safety hazards, spills, etc. The food prep area is spotless and organized to perfection along with a well stocked bread oven and neat display of fresh cookies every time I visit. Presentation is extremely important to me when it comes to my health and where I spend my money so with that I'd say my overall experience here has been fantastic from the friendly staff and even the customers I've chatted with on many occasions.

Olivia's knowledge, experience, and customer service are phenomenal ??
Grace has always been very agreeable and pleasant.

Everyone greets myself and my son warmly, and it makes us feel sort of like family. Being a regular here feels like home ?

Keep up the great work!!!

Kid-friendliness: They always give my son a sticker and are very patient with him as he has a speech impediment. They've never rushed him or made him feel uncomfortable.

I'am Ready

Horrible service!! Bad attitude and then when I needed to wash my hands to eat I was told the bathroom is not working. Why do you hire people like this?

My 12 year old placed an online order for pick up at on 3/21/24 at 6:55 and my daughter and I went to pick it up and was told they didn’t have the order but when I gave the order number all of a sudden someone came in and picked it up by name. Which was a LIE! I asked what time and they said 7 something when I explained that wasn’t possible since I just placed it at 6:55 so I asked what the person look like and they gave a bogus description of someone! So you remember what they looked like but not what time they came in! So I asked if the cameras worked which I was told they did not work ANOTHER LIE! I asked them to remake it or refund my child and they refused. The employee then called the manager GINA who said oh since it was picked up by name there’s nothing she can do. She offered to contact the owner of the store and she’d call the employee back she calls back with the same oh well attitude and stated to contact my back for a refund so I said just give her the refund and the manger again declined. I said forget I’ll dispute it and proceed to leave the store and what do I see the POLICE! I asked the employees if the called and they said no they did not so instead of GINA unprofessional butt calling her manager for further assistance she called the police! GINA NEEDS TO BE FIRED IMMEDIATELY SHES SUPER UNPROFESSIONAL AND HAS THE NASTIEST ATTITUDE!

I ordered online and the order wasn't correct. Shame on me for thinking that it would be easier because everything is written out. The young lady said I could bring the sandwiches back but I'll take the lost and just not return.

For Gina to be the manager at this location. She sure does keep up a lot of mess among her employees. Mind you I am talking about high school kids and young adults. I know for a fact Gina has to be in her 30’s. She is very unprofessional and displays poor leadership skills. She plays favoritism with all the employees. Then play them against each other for hours on the schedule. From what I saw, it’s alot of unethical behavior going on at this Subway location. Whomever owns this franchise should definitely start looking into a new manager. Gina’s poor management skills is the reason why. Money is being stolen out of the register, inventory is coming up short and the turn over rate is so high.
