Ordered here on Uber eats and the driver informed me that they did not have the items I requested. Instead of providing me with the substitution I requested they messed up my order and gave an attitude to my driver. This order took okay at 11:30a.
I will no longer be patronizing this establishment.

Edit- manager reached out and stated the eggs are kept in a warmer, which makes the yolks a greenish color. So it is not mold. I cancelled the health department complaint. I was also offered coupons and reimbursement for my meal.
They served me molded egg and cold burgers. Complaint with health department has been filed.

I asked for a number 1 four burgers with cheese the person said a number 2 with cheese is that all I said no I asked for a number 1 sorry. Someone else yelled no she didn't the person at the window said ok a 1 but the rude person in the back kept saying she didn't ask for a number 1 because of the rudeness of the other person I told them I don't want anything and drove off

Worst White Castle ever.. Drive up took forever. There were actually cars behind us in line leaving cuz of wait. Order wasnt right. Had to go in to get rest of order that wasn't put in bag. When inside, place was unclean, and employees in dirty clothes. TERRIBLE OPERATION for food services.

Food is always mediocre, service is sub-par, and the restaurant inside is ALWAYS nasty especially the bathrooms. Every nook and cranny of this establishment is nasty. I can't believe they pass health inspections at this place!

Why why why does it take approximately 20 min. Before my order is taken after the previous car places their order. RIDICULOUS!! I know there is usually a wait, but that's when there are several cars in line. Tonight at 11:20 there was only ONE! Just came from the airport and no other place was open. I ordered 2 sliders and onion rings and it took 5 min. To take my money and another 7 min for the food. Did not leave there until 11:57. I should've just eaten an apple....smh

Never again will I visit the Matteson location! My food was barely warm(1 double cheeseburger and 1 fry) the fish was hot. I just don't understand why you would give someone some food that's not HOT AND FRESH!!
