I went to the Matteson location asked for a number 1 and ten mozzarella sticks. I got home the fries were missing. I went back and the manager rudely told me that she had new staff and they thought I was substituting the mozzarella sticks for the fries. When I told her that was not what I ordered. She replied if you want a small fry you will have to buy it. When I arrived home again I only had 8 mozzarella sticks. This is very poor management and training.

Very friendly staff. My party ordered double cheeseburgers and the new chicken sandwich sliders. The burgers were great, but the chicken sandwiches tasted old spoiled. We had to throw them away. 😪

Bad service I don’t know what’s going on I’ve went there several days and they tell me the system is down or either they don’t want to work or the owner has to fix things because they are loosing valuable customers they really need to do some fixing.!!!

I knew something was seriously wrong when I arrived because the parking lot, the drive thru and the restaurant were completely empty and this was during mid-day. I ordered two double cheese burgers and an order of onion rings. The burgers were stale/old, the onions were dark brown, and the onion rings were hard. I am not going back to that location.

What can I say it's White Castle? If you're looking at this you already know that you want To get some of them in yo belly. Well, I'll tell you this. Me and my little son were traveling through on a little piece of business. We stop through an each of us. Got eight of these cheese sliders and i'm gonna tell you something they kicked our asses. They're hot and fresh with delicious flavor the buns were so soft that that cheese just melted in your mouth. I didn't go inside so I can't say anything about the atmosphere inside. But I'll tell you that the little person who worked out. The window was very nice this is a good white castle
