UPDATE: I did not receive the refund promised on the phone. I contacted the email address in the reply 9/29 and got no response and no refund. ORDER AT YOUR OWN RISK!
Wings were fine, but we ordered about $100 delivery through their website (not DoorDash) and only got half our order. When I called, they said they couldn't do anything about DoorDash service and the only thing they could do was refund our money.
That's terrible service...and even if they do issue a refund I'm still sitting here with hungry kids and not enough dinner.

Today is Oct 2nd 2025 and I decided to order the 8 piece smash box that I almost ordered the day before. Yesterday, they did not charge for seasoning except cheese to add your fries. Come today, now they charge you! Everyday your prices seem to raise. You are not a gas station, why are you doing this? Six months ago I tried for the first time And left a good review and asked not to change a thing. Quantity has gone down and value as since then gone up and up. Not worth my time or hard earned money for a place that can't get it together. I'll take my business elsewhere.

Went for the first time on a Sunday. I guess we were served leftovers from (not yesterday) but last week. My corn looked nothing like the above picture. The chicken was very dry. Cole slaw was dry and disappointing as well. The dipping sauce waa watered down and bland. If I try this business again (based on reviews there is potential) I would try a different location

First time try. Had coupons from the mail. N this economy use em. And paid for em. Service was really nice they have a kiosk to order. But I did not c how 2 add coupon. So the staff took it. Wait time for fresh boneless was about 15 mins not bad considering they were doing other orders. I am snacking on. Lemon Pepper. & Honey BBQ.nice and spicy. Mac N Cheese is ok. Had to add pepper like I like it. So far so good. Will probably visit again. With or without coupon. Good Job. BTW. Very clean dining area with fountain drinks and a sticky note wall for comments.
I will not be back. Never again. Understaffed. Online app said order would be ready in 20 minutes. When I get inside, I'm told the order will take 30 additional minutes. And, the cook is literally yelling at the other cook over the bowls of sauces like the pandemic never happened. I'll stick to Buffalo Wild Wings.

If you’re going for loaded fries….dont. Over sauced and lukewarm and more fries and one chopped up boneless wings. There are better choices. They were willing to fix the order but at a huge inconvenience to me. Do better

Over hyped I bought the spicy chicken sandwich it didn’t even look like the picture on the menu it was kinda dry they barely put and spicy mustard on it, it wasn’t really flavorful, and it was 20$ for two sandwiches no fries no drink no nothing 😂😂😂😂

This my 3rd time coming to WingSnob and I must say there selection of sauces and Chicken are far more superior than Wingstop and Buffalo Wild Wings combined.. You will not be disappointed. They have a Spicy Lemon Pepper and that is very very good. Their Chicken Tenders are very meaty and juicy. You also can add any one of their 16 sauces to them. I would give WingSnob 10 stars if I could.
