Incredible experience at the Matteson location today. I ordered online Super Bowl Sunday a couple hours before the game. Place was absolutely packed. They had like 20-30 online orders lined up, everyone had a specific job, everyone knew what their job was and executed. I walked in, told them my name, they handed me my order and I left. As a restaurant professional, itās not all the time that establishments are as prepared and professional as these folks were. 5/5 Great job

This was the 1st time I order from Wingstop in Matteson. I ordered the Honey Smoked BBQ and Lemon Pepper wings. The wings are truly delicious!!! Highy recommend!

I called in an order for Sweet Chili Glaze and Hot Lemon classic wings. I received Hot Honey and Hot Lemon wings. I called and informed them I did not receive what I ordered and was told to come back and they would make the order correctly. I sent my husband back and they told him I needed to bring the Hot Honey chicken back in order to receive what I originally ordered and he did not. We live over 15 minutes away and already made the trip twice to not receive what was ordered. Sweet Chili Glaze sounds nothing like Hot Honey, and the recurrent inconvenience of returning and still not receiving what was ordered and paid for is unacceptable.

Yesterday I ordered a special and it was delivered to my house. I went to the Matteson Wingstop. The fries were soft and tasteless and it was fried in old grease, and I mean very old grease and they were Brown looking. The nuggets were over breaded and I taste very little meat. And the Cajun corn did not have any salt just Cajun mixture on it I was thoroughly disappointed. I suggest they change that grease more frequently and get better quality nuggets for the price that they are charging I paid nearly $39 and through half of it away.

This is my go-to spot when I want some wings; however, it's the presentation of the workers at times. At times, the order taker/cashier is not the most pleasant when speaking. I'm not asking for Michelin greetings but at least act like you're happy to take my money.

Why are Arabians taking over wingstop? It use to be a variety of ppl now itās ARABIANS! They donāt care how they treat customers or our food THEY DONT EAT IT! I was given old cold fries and laughed at when I asked for fresh hot fries! I wonāt be eating wingstop anymore until they get ppl who actually eats chicken and fries!

I would understand if it was one time but the wing size are soo small and itās only at this certain location.. disappointing 15 for these small wings for what. not worth coming to this location.crestwood is were itās at 10/10

Very disappointed after buying boneless wings only to get bites of hard crust smh . Decided to give this location a try since I usually go to another one in the area and needless to say Iām not a fan of this one . Total waste of 25.00 dollars. The tenders were decent and the fries couldāve been cooked a little longer as they were too soft .
