This was such a wonderful “upscale town bar” surprise. Get the bang bang shrimp!! The bar was adorable and comfy…a view of big fluffy snowflakes falling on the Fox River was cozy…the staff was awesome. And, if you’re lucky, you’ll get Tara as your server! SO much fun!!

Came in from out of town. We go there every time that we come into town. My parents used to go there every week. There was very warm and cozy.And the food was excellent

We chose this place because we wanted to try somewhere we'd never been. We were seated right away, walking past the live guitarist, singing and playing at just the right volume so we were still able to talk at our table. The burger and fall off the bone ribs we ordered arrived when expected, and were very tasty. Service was prompt but not rushed, and space was given for us to enjoy the meal. Kudos! We will be back.

For the waitress, bartender, and to the cook, it’s always a pleasure coming here.
They really have great drinks & home cooked meals that I don’t normally see.
For those undecided nights when the wife says we can go here or there or after the fox and then my eyes light up 😉

Awesome spot for drinks and great food. Brooke is a wonderful host and maked our experience splendid. Make sure to try out the pot stickers. 😁 Jeff Trudell also rocks on the guitar!
