I just left there we got two cups one scoop each it was 12$ and this is what we received in each cup. I’m sorry this is absolutely insane. High way robbery! Very disappointing. Untouched, not eaten, just took the lid off and this is what you get for that money!

Placed a to go order for pick up. They seal the bags so you can't check them when you pick up. Get home and for contest I ordered a banana split. Who forgets to put the main ingredient, THE BANANA, in a banana split.

First off. Do customers have to state that they are there? Employees don't know how to say "hi, how can I help you"? Terrible customer service. Ice cream tasted freezer burnt. But nothing will change. This establishment has been going down hill for a year or two. Just had to write a review.

Absolutely terrible across the board. Store was a filthy mess. We ended up throwing away 2/3 of what we ordered because it was all wrong. This was my family's first and last Baskin Robbins experience.

Ordered a Sundae with Carmel sauce. They didn’t have snickers, or Jamaica almond fudge. So I took pralines n cream and mint choc chip. The ice cream was more like soft serve. And when I got home, and took off the lid, there was no Carmel sauce on it! And I don’t think I got pralines n cream either. Did not taste like it. This has been twice now that my husband and I have gone there in the past few months and it has definitely NOT improved. Very dissatisfied and disappointed. I do not recommend this Baskin Robbins.

Misleading menu item. I ordered a Banana Split with Reese’s Peanut Butter Sauce & they gave me Hot Fudge with Reese’s pieces. They claimed they do not have actual peanut butter sauce so they use Hot Fudge with Reese’s pieces to make it. Makes absolutely no sense

Arrived at this place at 8:32 pm ona Wednesday night. Online and the entry door to the place said they are open until 11pm. As we get out of the car at 8:34pm, the 2 female associates shut all the lights off. No courtesy to just even communicate with us as we tried to get their attention. 1 associate just walked back and forth in the main floor crossing the main entry way. I get it that there may not have been much business, but you could have stayed open until 9pm like the rest of the stores. Instead we get the lights shut down on us at 8:34pm. While we were there, there were 3 more customers that had pulled up and ended up leaving. Not a place I will ever go back to and or recommend. I am originally from the east coast and have many connections with DD folks .... after all, it is where the business started. I may have to call back to HQ and report how the DD name is just being demolished by a few of their franchise branches.
