I give 5 stars to Tay! He’s honestly the best and we were very happy to have him as our waiter. He’s great. Overall the food was okay. We love eating wings at BWW but wouldn’t say they are the best but decent. Thanks Tay!

It took about 50 minutes to get our food and we were the only ones in there I ordered more Togo for my husband when we received the food. And those just 12 wings took another 40!! Minutes . And she led me to believe the kids meals came with sides. Not telling me there was an additional cost for it all . I don't mind paying for my food but don't lead me to believe they come with the meal. Not cool.

Personally made a mistake on an online order and the staff in the front were very kind, considerate, and helped figure out a solution. They were exceptionally nice and made sure that the issue was resolved (even though I made the mistake). Very kind and definitely made me want to come back again!

Service was not great, it took almost 20 minutes for appetizers. The 45 minute wait time for the food felt like an eternity. Waitress had no expression and rarely visited us. When she brought us our drink we didn't get any straws we had to ask for plates when our appetizers arrived. The drinks were missing garnishes and ingredients which is crazy since they charge almost $10 a drink. Not a great buffalo wild wings experience tonight.

Came inside and was sat down at a booth. Waited for 10 min. During this time period, i saw a total of one employee, one time. With the bar area completely unstaffed and nobody at the front. Eventually we just got up and left and saw several other confused customers on the way out. Bummer. All of this was at 5:20 on a Friday, when you would think they would be prepared for a dinner rush.

Never again.. haven’t been there in months and same thing… terrible service. Not a soul in site working. Sat at bar with an empty drink and no bartender.to be found. Had to get up to find kitchen staff to help me. Absolutely horrible. Never got to order an entree and never going back

Lackluster service, unfriendly greeting from what I assume to be the hostess. Didn't receive any drinks until after our entrees came. Not even water! It was almost empty in there too.
The cheese curds app was great and hot, as always, no side plates given however. Fine. The food was so salty, dry, and fries were almost cold. Definitely old.
Do not come to this location, unless maybe you're only going after apps and sitting at the bar for direct service.
I only have 4 stars because my last order they forgot to put the fries in with the rest of the food. Otherwise I enjoy ordering takeout from here.

Place was empty when I showed up with my wife and 2 kids. We waoted 10 minutes to be seated. Another 5 minutes before our drink orders were taken. Then, after 10 minutes, our waitress only brings two of our four drinks. After another 15 minutes we just left. I can understand how things get backed up if the place is busy but this was pure nonsense. It seemed like a practical joke or something.
Maybe the waitress was on something because when my wife asked for a diet Pepsi, the waitress asked if she wanted a double or a single. Like what??
