Place was empty when I showed up with my wife and 2 kids. We waoted 10 minutes to be seated. Another 5 minutes before our drink orders were taken. Then, after 10 minutes, our waitress only brings two of our four drinks. After another 15 minutes we just left. I can understand how things get backed up if the place is busy but this was pure nonsense. It seemed like a practical joke or something.
Maybe the waitress was on something because when my wife asked for a diet Pepsi, the waitress asked if she wanted a double or a single. Like what??
We won't be going back.

Terrible experience service was decent toast was burnt completely on the bacon melt. Embarrassing for a cook to put that out and even more embarrassing to have someone bringing that out. I mean if you can't toast a piece of bread you need to put the knifes up and retire or find a new line of work. Just left I don't trust anyone that can't toast bread to not be cross contaminating food. If you got sick and went here before hand I think I can guess where you got sick from. Before I get a response saying " fill out this survey so we can make it right" I'm not coming back to these establishments. If you want to make it right for your future customers hire better people and hold your staff and cooks to a higher standard so things like this don't happen. I've looked back and nothing has changed. Take the review, and approve upon the business instead of copy and pasting the same reply to all of the negative reviews.

Imagine your prices going up again and again and again and using two days a week hardly a deal anymore as a marketing strategy to bring more people in as you gouge every other day. What a business plan, hats off.

Walked in and was greeted and sat. Once sat no one came to our table and after waiting an extended amount of time we had to complain to the hostess. Shortly after a waitress came to our table and we placed our order which included an appetizer. We waited over 25 minutes to receive our food including the appetizer coming at the same time versus prior too. The appetizer just felt warm and not fresh and hot. We were short a set of cutlery and all a plate after asking for some for everyone. Pretty subpar. They also no longer carry children’s menus
This used to be a great place. They never have ice tea, they should take it off the menu. They were out of some beer brands that we wanted and the waitress didn't know. We even asked her to tell us which kind they had so we order something that was in stock; she said all except, and name the 2 we had already ordered. The place was pretty empty. Our waitress was not nice, she didn't check on us. It took very long to get our food.

We ordered online tonight and we went inside to pick up the order. 3 staff members are standing there on their phones doing absolutely nothing at all. When I asked for help all I got was a bunch of attitude as if I’m bothering them. Then we get home with the food after a super long wait. The food was so dry and stale. The chicken was extremely stale tasting and the fries were probably the worst I ever had. They were so hard you couldn’t even chew them. I will absolutely never go there again. And need I mention it wasn’t cheap! $52 order that we didn’t enjoy at all what so ever

Update: I reached out to their “contact us” page on the main website. It said I’d hear back shortly. Never did hear anything, so I must assume they do not care. Shame. BWW went to the 🚽
Haven’t been to a BWW in many years and I asked myself if the food was always this poor of quality since I remembered it being much better. We got seated right away and the host changed tables at the last minute because it was still dirty. Bonus points for noticing it. We got situated and ordered some drinks to start. Never were told some drinks were on special or what the other specials of the day there were. Ordered the dip trio. Do not recommend. Very watery queso and bland guac. Picked out main dishes. I ordered 15 boneless wings, half sauced and half dry rub. The dry rub looked like they just dumped a can of seasoning on top. The Caribbean jerk was okay, not spicy at all. I asked for additional ranch. Never mentioned it was charged per ranch cup, which were barely half full. I asked for 4 and the waitress said why not make it 5. I said ok thinking it was no charge especially after that comment. Waitress asked if I wanted another beer. I declined but again no mention it was a special and I likely would have otherwise. Saw the sign for BOGO50 off wings and asked about it. Was told, well after ordering, it’s for traditional wings on Tuesdays. Again, no communication on specials which would have changed my mind. The waitress was nice but definitely needs more training on communication. The wife and I do not plan on returning as wing stops wings are light years ahead, at least from this experience. Lastly, please do not collect the signed checked before the guests leave. It’s awkward. I left 18% as per the suggested tip.

If you're in a McHenry area, Christmas shopping or holiday shopping, swing by Buffalo wild wings in the morning to midday and come see Skyler. She is such a wonderful person. Does a great job really cares about her her customers and the service her and the rest of the team gives to them. Such a wonderful experience.
I understand the promotion for Veterans Day is dine in only however the greeter who greeted me did not care and was rude. Made me not want to eat here “honor the service members” my ass.

Our waitress with multiple piercings, 6 inch eyelashes, and way too much makeup on was nice, but didn't have a clue what she was doing. When asked about IPA's she pointed at the beer menu.. my boneless wings were over cooked.

Ate here lastnight for the first time ever.. Was extremely disgusting!!! Ordered takeout the All American Cheeseburgers both I and my husband received absolutely burnt up!! The wedges and fries tasted good.. but as far as I'm concerned will never eat here again!! I put it in my top 3 worst cheeseburgers ever!!! I would like my $$ back!!
