Went here with my kids, waited about 10 min before anyone even came over and talked to us. Ordered boneless wings, they were not fresh and they didn't tell us what sauce was on the wings. Just one big platter with 20 wings ..like what? 2 of the sauces were for me an adult my kids ate the wrong wings and their mouths were on fire. All around a terrible night out. There are so many bad reviews here, id say close it up and move on. Do not go here, go anywhere else. Trash

Awful. Seated us in a booth that was wet. 20 minutes elapsed before our order was taken. Waitress asked us to shout our order to her at the nearby waitress station. They seem overwhelmed and there are only a few people here. We just want to leave, but they still haven’t brought us the check yet.

I visited the establishment at 8:47pm and ordered the $19.99 meal, featuring boneless wings. Unfortunately, my food failed to arrive after an hour and 10 minutes had passed. The venue was largely empty, with only a few patrons present. A tall, white male staff member made repeated appearances from the kitchen, promptly returning inside when our eyes met. I subsequently informed Morgan that I would only pay for my drinks, and she acknowledged my request without providing any assurance regarding the timely arrival of my meal. In the end, we paid $15 for drinks, an amount that seemed disproportionately high given the sparse crowd and the presence of three staff members who failed to expedite the preparation of my meal. REALLY SLOW SERVICE!

This place is such TRASH. They constantly mess up orders, just got some chips & salsa with a TINY sauce cup of salsa, what a rip-off. Hopefully this branch closes down. Ordered TRADITIONAL WINGS & got overcooked saucy chicken nuggets, this is disgusting

Love the team working at this Bdubs! They are always so friendly and attentive with the soda refills. If we ever have a problem they don’t just come out for lip service they actually fix it. That is why we are regulars here and will continue to be as long as they keep hiring wonderful staff :)

It takes way too long to eat here! If you have 2 hours and you want some wings then you can try it. It's also way to expensive!! I will not be back.
I give 5 stars to Tay! He’s honestly the best and we were very happy to have him as our waiter. He’s great. Overall the food was okay. We love eating wings at BWW but wouldn’t say they are the best but decent. Thanks Tay!

It took about 50 minutes to get our food and we were the only ones in there I ordered more Togo for my husband when we received the food. And those just 12 wings took another 40!! Minutes . And she led me to believe the kids meals came with sides. Not telling me there was an additional cost for it all . I don't mind paying for my food but don't lead me to believe they come with the meal. Not cool.

Personally made a mistake on an online order and the staff in the front were very kind, considerate, and helped figure out a solution. They were exceptionally nice and made sure that the issue was resolved (even though I made the mistake). Very kind and definitely made me want to come back again!
