I used to visit buffalo wild wings twice a week with my family and we used to love it. We were very happy with the young male server with the eating. He was always assertive and professional. There used to be a couple of other great servers. Unfortunately the last few visits, customer service was not good. Last time there was a young short waitress, who not only messed up our order, but also kept bothering us by telling us we were her last customers. Then she was asking us if we wanted the check when she had just brought our wings. Even though she brought us the wrong wings, I was willing to take the wrong wings home. The manager rolled up his eyes when she told him about her error. Honestly, bad service is ruining the business at your location. I will be happy to return when you hire decent employees.

Ordered food for take out for the family and friends. Worst $90.00 ever spent. Wings were dry and hard. They had to be old and were just warmed up in a microwave. Burger was dry and the bun was hard as a rock. Never will we eat there again. It was embarrassing to serve it to friends. We ordered a pizza from someplace else and tossed your unedible food.

Theres a guy there who's kind of w grouch (& not very pleasant to deal with) BUT this time I got Tully & he went above & beyond w the service so much it restored my faith (w/ this location) food came out fast & our drinks were refilled in a timely manner! ?

The embodiment of "good food / bad service". Our server literally interrupted us mid order to wave to her friend that just arrived. Then kept forgetting about us because she was talking to her friend. She wasn't doing callbacks or table touches, so we had to keep getting up because of things she forgot to bring. Wife and I were FOH service trainers for 10 years, we can tell when things slip thru cracks vs just not caring. I'll go back to just ordering carryout

We got the 20 boneless wings with 5 Parmesan garlic (my fave) and the rest honey bbq. Took a pretty long time for an empty Monday night. The Pepsi was not great and the server kept forgetting to bring my husband a different one (wasn’t any better). But the wings and fries were hot and delicious!Parking: Very easy to park, large lot.

The wings were dried out, and there was barely any sauce on them. It seemed as if the bar tender was the only one around to take any orders and was over whelmed. Never saw a manager or anyone else around to help even just get some waters out.

Just left with my family… there was a problem with our food taking longer than normal and the general manager Scott came out and he made it more than right and checked on us multiple times. Great customer service and the food was AMAZING as well. Thank you Scott for going above and beyond. Will return for sure!
