Id really like an explanation as to how it could even be possible that I placed an order on doordash for a meal and a shake and was delivered an empty bag with napkins in it. It simply cannot be an accident that an empty bag was sent out to be delivered. Someone needs to be in trouble for this im beyond angry.
Edit: I tried filling out your support link. It asks for a photo of the receipt, which I was not given. When I upload a photo of my receipt from doordash it says it doesnt recognize it as a receipt and then automatically closes the conversation without even letting me say a word. 2 weeks later and im still angry about this and havent been accommodated in any way.

Always the best hamburger in town. The charbroiled hamburger meat makes taste like just off the grill. And the extra large size is a definite plus. I highly recommend Burger King, if you crave a tasty burger.

If someone orders and says no ketchup, the receipt says no ketchup, and the wrapper is marked no ketchup, don't put ketchup on the food. Super simple. If someone is allergic to what they tell you not to put on the food and you put it on the food when it's marked not to, you're responsible for the hospital bill. Train your staff to pay attention.

Ordered $30 worth of food just to arrive home missing an order of onion rings and fries. Whopper was ice cold while rest of food was warm. So much salt on the fries we did get was unable to eat most of them. Absolutely horrible. I visit this location because it’s on my way home. Now I’ll have to drive out of my way just to avoid crap food and missing items. What an absolute waste. Sad to see this location messing everything up when they used to be good.
Called during open and neither location in Mchenry could answer. Absolute piss poor service and food. Unreal.

Everything was fine while inside dining but waited at counter for 10 minutes when there was only one other customer in line. Just wanted ketchup and the girl literally stood two feet away with her back to me. Ended up not even dining there and walking out. At least at home I have ketchup and don’t have to beg for it and get ignored.
