Ordered the brisket whopper, I went back to the cashier and asked if they forgot the brisket because I didn't see any. She said eit was under the cheese. I still was not able to see it. Must have been a small little bit in the middle, I did see some as I was eating but I really couldn't taste it. I have had this sandwich before and it had way more brisket. If I want another one I will have to go to a different location.

I ate at this Burger King today. I must say that I have never had a better burger than I had today, that includes all the restaurant burgers I have ever had. This burger was hot, fresh, well seasoned and loaded with lettuce, tomatoes, onions, pickles. And the best part was the meat....charbroiled just right. Service was fast and friendly. I definitely will eat there again.

Ordered 2 Crispy Chicken Sandwich meals and 2 Hershey pies. The only things edible were the pies and the drinks. The fried tasted like old old grease. The chicken sandwiches were the most disgusting rubbery chewy texture, and were soggy rather than crispy.

I would visit this place again. No salads, no grilled chicken, nothing kinda healthy. My grandchildren wanted to play on the play equipment, which is very basic. We will go elsewhere in the future.

I came into BK for a dinner meal for my kids while I was in town visiting yesterday and let me say I was so impressed upon arrival, The manager Alberta had given me a warm welcoming and even assisted me with ordering a family meal for my kids. Her customer service was excellent! The food came out in a decent time I didn’t have to wait too long and everything was fresh! The cooks are super fast and hard working. The place pretty clean which is nice. This place sure has the best atmosphere for a BK! Customer service 10/10. Food 10/10. Keep it up! Will definitely be back.

This Burger King is absolutely disgusting. First of all, the staff took 5 minutes to answer the drive thru window. I was literally just sitting there for what felt like forever. Then after I ordered they took 15 minutes to bring my food out. 15 minutes. So I was like okay, well at least the food will be fresh. NOPE. The food was so disgusting that I couldn't eat it. And I'm broke! I'll eat anything! It's BKs like this that cause people to say BK is garbage. I'm used to the Lake Zurich BK. It's 1000% better than this one. The first 2 attached pictures are this McHenry BK and the last pic is Lake Zurich BK. It's literally night and day difference! I mean come on! I should get a refund! And I'm not even gonna start to talk about the strong vibe of "the employees are doing drugs while on the clock" that this BK gives off. Makes me want to throw up just thinking about it. For context I was at this BK at like 8:30 pm and there was no one else there at all. This place needs to be shut down and investigated by the health department. Imagine letting your business fall to such a low standard. The owners of this establishment should be ashamed.
I went here during the weekend with my daughter! The food was really good we both enjoyed it. Im really glad about the kids menu they have! The staff is really amazing and considerate, great customer service!! Overall a good experience and happy customer 😊
Did not get receipt, cashier put it in her pocket, no napkins, received wrong order, and no other customers were there.they need to close this one. Back to Wendy's.
