Terrible terrible worst bk I’ve been to. Encountered an issue back in 2020 I can see nothing has changed because I came back 2025 and nothing has looked like it changed
Got to the drive through as my children have been wanting to try the SpongeBob meal ordered two SpongeBob Kids meals as I’m driving away, I noticed she only entered one of them in once I got to the window. I told her I noticed you only put one of the happy meals in. I ordered two can I purchase two she said yeah that is fine. Took my card I paid And she said it would be out in a minute about five minutes, passed by and she comes to the window and says you’re all set with only one of the kids meals and I said can I get another one and she said actually no I’m not able to. I have more people in line behind you.
???? To which I said I ordered two at the speaker and even when I got here I said I ordered two at the speaker. I saw You only put one. Can I get another one and you said yes she called someone they came and she said okay and I bought the second one. In addition to the fact the fries where cold and hard!
Please hire that will know how to do there job because customer service isn’t for everyone and it’s not the first time I’ve had bad experiences here Will not be back any longer

This restaurant is making me rethink if I even want to eat at Burger King anymore. None of my food was fresh. However when I did ask for one of my sandwiches to be made over ; the manager was nice about it. Then I took a look at the other three sandwiches I made were old too. Not to mention I was trying to eat my fries and having to fight off NATS to get to my food. I had to drink HOT soda! They didn't have any ice in the lobby, but when they gave me some from the drive thru window; they counted how many cubes I got. Who likes warm soda? Disgusting!!! What the hell! I love Whoppers so so so much, but I can make them at home!!! That location sucks!

An order for six bacon double cheeseburgers was placed via drive through. NATASHA was the BK person at the window. After going through not a single burger had a piece of bacon on it. Had to check in the first place because this place frequently forgets the bacon. Like every time. Went back through the drive through and asked to speak to a manager. Natasha said there’s no managers on Saturday. I just gave the food back and asked for a refund, she gave me back the cash and didn’t return my change. I asked why she didn't give me my change and she said, because there’s more customers in line! Guess I’m not a customer… They literally just skipped the bacon to save time and thought we wouldn’t check. Why do we even need two Burger Kings in Mchenry, they should close this place down, never going back, it’s a joke.

Oh employee of the year! Natasha provided far the best customer service experience I have had in at least 10 years. The customer before me gave her such grief and she was flawless. Then she treated me with a helpful attitude and a heartfelt smile. Because the customer is always right- I am requesting that she have some sort of compensation for her hard work. Brownie points are not enough. She is a perfect example of the kind of service BK should strive for. Five hundred star review.

They're not cold, just not slightly golden and crispy. Is this a new Burger King standard now?

If you have been to this Burger King you know they are typically understaffed, I cannot thank the employees of this establishment enough for being great at their jobs, it’s a Thursday Night, the broiler is down and Natasha and Giovanni are still providing excellent service in the kitchen and in the the drive through with good attitudes and a smile on their face. what could’ve been a stressful and negative experience was nothing but positive and uplifting, kudos to all the employees of this establishment, but special recognition to Natasha and Giovanni for handing a stressful situation like champs!! These are the kind of employees bosses should look for! 5 STARS

Ordered the brisket whopper, I went back to the cashier and asked if they forgot the brisket because I didn't see any. She said eit was under the cheese. I still was not able to see it. Must have been a small little bit in the middle, I did see some as I was eating but I really couldn't taste it. I have had this sandwich before and it had way more brisket. If I want another one I will have to go to a different location.

I ate at this Burger King today. I must say that I have never had a better burger than I had today, that includes all the restaurant burgers I have ever had. This burger was hot, fresh, well seasoned and loaded with lettuce, tomatoes, onions, pickles. And the best part was the meat....charbroiled just right. Service was fast and friendly. I definitely will eat there again.
