Horrible location, I’m an active duty marine that was supposed to be enjoying a mean for Veterans Day and was completely ignored after I was sat down because the waitress was too busy talking to her friends sitting down at a table talking about their relationships, after 30 minutes of not ordering I got up and left before they even said a word to me, not at all how I would expect to have a mean today!

The wife and I went to Chili's for dinner met a very nice young lady. We could tell that she was starting out with her new job. A little bit of broken English but we made it work. A very nice happy young lady. The food was great, the service great on top of everything. We even had a talk with her boss, and told him how everything was we will be back...

Bad experience for my first time at this location. Waitress (don’t remember her name, very nasaly/high pitched voice though with glasses) brought us out the wrong skillet queso. We said we wanted the WHITE skillet queso. And yes, that’s what we said. When we said we received the wrong one, waitress proceeds to say “oh you said skillet queso.” I know what I said and it wasn’t that nasty beef queso, stop trying to gaslight me because you messed up.

When I walked in I did not expect to be greeted with such a beutiful host with such kindness and courtesy. She was extreamly kind to me and my family and was very friendly when anybody wanted something. She made the experience go from a 0 to hero.
