Attempted carryout. Crispy chicken was saturated in grease and soggy along with cold wet fries and missing correct sauces. It was all unedible. The silverware was melted and unusable also. A total disaster. Dont eat here!!!

While trying to celebrate my wife's addition to the liver transplant list, the local Chili's decided to not send orders of fries with the two burgers we ordered. After being put on hold for quite some time, the manager did not send anyone out to deliver the fries, and instead only offered a discount. After explaining the situation, he did comp the two burger meals, but this really was not satisfactory as it wasn't about the money, it was about being able to enjoy our meal. The food we did get was delicious, so it's a shame that we were unable to enjoy the full meal. Highly disappointed

Food was okay. The biggest problem I had was I was given the wrong credit card bill from someone else’s table, and was assured that it was taken off my credit card. However, after almost a week later, I still have that bill on my credit card and the correct bill also on my credit card. I was assured that bill would be taken off by the manager. I definitely will not be going back again. Be careful of being billed twice on your credit card at the Chili’s in McHenry!
Came to celebrate my nieces middle school graduation, we come here to celebrate most occasions. The food was good as it always is but the place was completely packed, and it seems understaffed. I’m not sure why this was as I’ve been here many times and know this place has a lot of employees but they seemed overwhelmed. There also didn’t seem to be much urgency from the manager as he was walking around the dining room not helping the kids who ran the place tonight. I’ve worked in restaurants for a long time and I’ve never seen a manager of any sort act so oblivious to their employees who could obviously use their help. Hoping everyone made big money on such a hectic night, will be back!!

Give this place another chance. I have boycotted this place for several years and my daughter wanted to meet us here so I agreed. I ordered a burger which I was pleasantly surprised that it was good. My wife and I returned for the three for me deal and both walked out satisfied with the meal, but happy with the price of $25 before gratuity. I don’t know how much longer I can recommend this place, but for now, it gets my seal of approval.
