The food is one thing, but let’s bring light to Sophie’s fantastic customer service. She’s outgoing and very patient. She suggested a couple things on the menu and checked on us throughout our visit. I’d say she deserves a raise, I appreciate Sophie at this location and will be back someday. All is well with your future endeavors our friend.

Last night my family and I came in for dinner for my son’s bday. Theresa was our server and she was amazing! She went above and beyond. Our drinks were never empty she got all of our food correct and there were 12 of us. Theresa was a delight very friendly and funny too! Thanks Theresa for making my son’s bday celebration a memorable one!!

Wife ordered Alfredo, told them she was vegetarian, they give her chicken Alfredo but remove the chicken. I know this because we find a piece inside and now she's sick. This has happened before so someone clearly doesn't respect vegetarians .

Very friendly staff food was fresh and warm. Clean restaurant and manager very attentive. Clean bathrooms. Great selection on menu to suit different food options and budgets

Fajitas for two were a big failure tonight. Steak was tough, shells were hard, much better eating in than getting a delivery, food missing (jalapeño). Delivery service was thru Door Dash & they delivered on time. Just bad experience this time around.

What the heck did they do to the queso!?!?!?
It USED TO BE a staple menu item, with meat and a decently-sized portion in a cast-iron akillet. It tasted good & was thick.
Now its runny & tastes like bulk cheese sauce pumped out of a metal can from a poolside concession stand or stale movie theater pump machine. Even then, it's a very small portion, now in a very small bowl.
Chili's has inflicted another sad blow to its value by ruining a staple menu item, only to replace it with garbage I'll never order again.
As a matter of fact, I think it'll be a LONG time before I even think of returning.
Service is still great & staff is very nice, which is one of the only things going for it. That said, I have pity on them for having to explain why the queso changed & lying about how it's still good.
Know your customers, Chilli's!!! Don't give us more reasons to boycott you & don't change what worked well.
You obviously took a page out of Cracker Barrel's botched playbook. Now undo your mistakes & bring back what worked!

We were there Monday night celebrating our 53 Wedding Anniversary and they gave us a free dessert with our very delicious food , my Cajun chicken pasta was delicious and my husband’s ribs were the best, The stuff was awesome, Thanks Chili’s
