What are the actual hours of this location Google Maps says they're open until 11:00 if you do an online order it says they're open until 11:00 the website for this location says open until 11:00 but the hours on the door say open until 10:00

They gave me old guacamole. Had to scrap it off because how gross it look. At least I had a birthday coupon that gave me free guacamole but I didn’t think they were gonna give me old guacamole. Disappointed

Don’t waste your money here. Chips are always stale and not seasoned. If you ask for a large chip they give you a normal size of chips in a big bag. They never give the actual amount of food you’re supposed to get. They give me half a scoop of chicken instead of a whole scoop. Service was very slow, was waiting for 10 minutes for service while employees were just standing there. If you want good Chipotle, go to Woodstock or Crystal Lake.

I have visited this location 5 times and have had 4 bad experiences. I have found long hair in my food on two of the occasions and on my last visit today I ordered a chicken bowl… and they didn’t put any chicken in it.

I usually love Chipotle, but this location was a complete disaster. The staff was rude and unhelpful and the place was a mess. The rice was dry and undercooked, and the chicken tasted like it had been sitting out for hours. There was even an entire bay leaf in my bowl. Definitely not worth the money.

Rice raw and undercooked, protein portion undersized, veggies undercooked.
They charge $2.75 for a tiny scoop of guacamole. They put barely any streak in the steak bowl. They can't really call it a steak bowl. There were like 6 pieces. And of the 6 pieces, i have to pull gristle out of my mouth 4 times. This place is the biggest ripoff. They want to price gouge people, and i will never go to Chipotle again.

2nd time I ordered delivery from here and it's the 2nd time no extra meat has been in my order(which i had ordered). Hell I would've been ok with at least both meats being in there but the steak is missing and all I got is chicken. The corn wasn't even in the bowl, it was on the side for some reason which I didn't order. I have receipts and pictures to prove if needed. Please do better!

2nd time in the last month, I ordered pickup from this location. Orders were for 4 adults and 4 children. The last time, items were wrong, and items were missing. What was there was ice cold. I wrote a bad review,and and checked the box to receive a call from the establishment. However, I never did. My review seems to not be here as well. Today's order was missing quesadillas for 2 of the kids. 2 orders, almost $200 worth of food, much of which was missing or wrong, and/or had to be reheated. Not worth going back, in my opinion. And if you're going to place a large or r, in store, you'd better have it memorized. Today no one was in th, re but my wife and I. they were rushing us through the order much more quickly than my wife could read it off of her phone. Quite rude. Not a pleasant experience. Again.
