It is impossible to speak to the on site staff or manager. Everytime I contact the store a robot answers and will only allow me to speak to a customer support center most likely located in india. This is very disappointing when I need to speak to a actual person on site.

In general this place seems to have gone down hill. Went in to get 2 bowls stared out with half a spoon of rice in each about the same in beans and what looked like a table spoon of meat. Turned around and left not paying $11 each for that trash.

15Dec2025 What a sloppy mess!? Young white kid with glasses wrapped the three tacos in aluminum foil Rather than a bowl with an aluminum cover. Then he proceeded to mash the aluminum foil together, right in front of me.
Been coming here 8 years, never had this BS.
Then, later asked me if I needed sides after I told him in the very beginning.
Then, I needed to hear from the young white female that they were out of the plates that split the sides.
There's no reason for dishonesty, and lack of transparency for this sloppy mess. I don't recommend this location until there's new management.

What are the actual hours of this location Google Maps says they're open until 11:00 if you do an online order it says they're open until 11:00 the website for this location says open until 11:00 but the hours on the door say open until 10:00

They gave me old guacamole. Had to scrap it off because how gross it look. At least I had a birthday coupon that gave me free guacamole but I didn’t think they were gonna give me old guacamole. Disappointed

Don’t waste your money here. Chips are always stale and not seasoned. If you ask for a large chip they give you a normal size of chips in a big bag. They never give the actual amount of food you’re supposed to get. They give me half a scoop of chicken instead of a whole scoop. Service was very slow, was waiting for 10 minutes for service while employees were just standing there. If you want good Chipotle, go to Woodstock or Crystal Lake.

I have visited this location 5 times and have had 4 bad experiences. I have found long hair in my food on two of the occasions and on my last visit today I ordered a chicken bowl… and they didn’t put any chicken in it.

I usually love Chipotle, but this location was a complete disaster. The staff was rude and unhelpful and the place was a mess. The rice was dry and undercooked, and the chicken tasted like it had been sitting out for hours. There was even an entire bay leaf in my bowl. Definitely not worth the money.

They charge $2.75 for a tiny scoop of guacamole. They put barely any streak in the steak bowl. They can't really call it a steak bowl. There were like 6 pieces. And of the 6 pieces, i have to pull gristle out of my mouth 4 times. This place is the biggest ripoff. They want to price gouge people, and i will never go to Chipotle again.
