Once again, pick up order was subpar and per usual, the lady with the face piercings was rude and on her phone the whole time. Customer service needs some work there. Pick up time was around 230pm.

They have improved over the years. It feels like the ingredients are more quality than prior years. Very fresh. Always a filling meal when you need one. My biggest complaint would be the guy who consistently demonstrates his carelessness for the art of wrapping a burrito. I feel like that should be the #1 ability that a burrito joint should look for when determining who will be the one wrapping burritos. Going in tonight (around 8:50) was a pleasant experience. Working up front was 3 (clearly) new hires. As they were out of a lot of stuff and waiting around for more to come out, they tried their best to make the experience good for me and anyone else in there. As someone who had to train fast food employees just two months ago, the three of them are doing good.

Also, the tall gentleman that worked the grill and has been there for a long time (I suck at names!)...
