I ordered pizza from here and the pizza literally tasted like dog. I called and the guy was super nice about it and replaced the pizza with a whole new order unfortunately the pizza still tasted like dog/dirty dish rag. I’ve had dominos plenty of time before and have never had this happen. While the worker tried to fix this issue I think it is boiling down to this establishment being dirty and not cleaning properly.

2 hours to wait for a pizza delivery?! Thats a complete joke. The Pizza was promised on the app 30 minutes before we called to find out how much longer. They said at least another 45 minutes after already waiting over an hour. We fell asleep waiting for it for so long!!!

I attempted to order the $9.99 special online from Domino’s, but kept getting a “data error” message. When I went to the McHenry store to place the order in person, I was told they couldn’t honor it because it’s an online-only deal. If Domino’s values its customers so little that it won’t make reasonable exceptions when their own system fails, then I have no interest in doing business with them again.

This is the second and last time we will ever get a pizza here again. Domino's pizza is just not a good pizza, at any price. Toppings are sparse. Pizza was luke warm, not hot. Large pizza with 5 toppings is really a medium pizza, barely able to feed 2 adults. There is minimal sauce and minimal cheese on Domino's pizzas. Cannot recommend Domino's pizza, even with a discount coupon. Just not worth it.

Pizza was deliciously hot and ready on time. Customer service staff was nice and helpful. Ordering online was easy, as well as picking up. There was plenty of spacious parking space that wasn't congested like some other places. Will definitely come back for more of their food and absolutely to this location. Thank you !

I've been ordering from here for years, it's usually decent. Sometimes they make mistakes but that's normal. I had to wait for them to redo a pizza because they got my order wrong. They didn't make it up to me for having to wait another ten minutes, that kind of sucked. What I don't like - they started charging extra for chicken as a topping. I used the two for $6.99 coupon and kept wondering why it was 50 cents extra. Before, the checkout menu online would tell you what the extra cost was. That doesn't happen anymore. Second, they got rid of the roasted red peppers, which was my favorite topping. I'm not sure if these were corporate decisions or just this specific store. Probably corporate. Who knows. Anyway, these little changes are annoying but it's happening with all food chains everywhere - trying to squeeze as much money out of customers while the experience suffers. It's unfortunate.
Also, as of May 5 2025, the store's sign, the name of the store, is gone. Where did it go? I thought that the place had closed down or something when I picked up my order yesterday.
Definitely one of the better stores I've been eating here for at least four years and rarely have a messed up order. They're generous with their toppings, and my Foods always cooked to perfection
