Ordered a hot fudge sundae and both times not at all good. First time the chocolate was hardened. Second time there was No fudge topping!!!(only around the plastic rim of the lid. No nuts or cherry on top. You will have to ask for that. So i went home adding my own Hersheys syrup & walnuts. I do not like to complain or say anything but I will post a review!

This was at the location closest to the Walmart on Rt.31. The Girl at the drive up told us we could leave. Told us they were short staffed we waited in the drive thru for 10 min. There were only a couple cars in front of us. She just was holding up the line what seemed like on purpose. Shouldn’t they expect to be busy on a Sunday before Christmas? We kept saying hello in the speaker and she kept telling us to hold on. No customer service what so ever no I’m sorry be with you in a second, nothing! Today 12/22 1:26 pm. Whoever was in the drive thru should be fired.

I’m not sure how this place is still open. The donuts taste like they came off the mayflower. Breakfast sandwhiches be coming out cold tasting like drywall. A busted up drive thru that you’ll be sitting at for 10 minutes saying “huh”. Place is stupid.

The redhead guy who works here is absolutely the best customer service person I’ve ever dealt with in my life. He is working alone because his teammate abandoned him and he’s powering through a line of customers Both inside and through the drive-through all by himself. It’s actually incredible to watch and I wish he can come work for me. This guy is the true definition of a hard worker

I would never of wrote this but when I pay $6.00 for one drink you think it would be right. Then when the person who hands you said drink is the manager/owner. You tell her this drink is wrong/not at all what I ordered. In turn she looks at you like it's your first day buying said drink, and says are you sure? STOP CUTTING CORNERS WHEN YOU'RE BUSY OR YOU WON'T BE BUSY MUCH LONGER!! Never going back worst DD in Mchenry County.

Placed an online order through my app. Went through drive thru for pickup and was sitting for 15 min at the window cause they got half the order wrong and were missing 2 items and it took them over 10 min to get snackin bacon and mini bagel bites that I was missing. Worker at drive thru window kept closing window on me when I kindly explained what was missing and explained the avocado toast missing the bacon that she took back without saying anything then returned without saying anything. No apology for the wait, no apology for the messed up order. I used to work at Dunkin myself and currently work as a waitress so I try to be patient and understanding cause I’ve been on the other side of this in my work place also, but it was very slow/bad service and very uncoordinated workplace if it takes longer than 15 min to go to a Dunkin’ Donuts for 2 coffees and 4 snacks
