I got there at 10:30 when they close at 11 and they told me they wouldn’t make my food because they were closing soon. I have been trying to place an order on the app for 40 minutes and drove a really long time because they were the only location that was open late so thanks to the two lazy employees that didn’t wanna do their job

Ordered a hot fudge sundae and both times not at all good. First time the chocolate was hardened. Second time there was No fudge topping!!!(only around the plastic rim of the lid. No nuts or cherry on top. You will have to ask for that. So i went home adding my own Hersheys syrup & walnuts. I do not like to complain or say anything but I will post a review!

This was at the location closest to the Walmart on Rt.31. The Girl at the drive up told us we could leave. Told us they were short staffed we waited in the drive thru for 10 min. There were only a couple cars in front of us. She just was holding up the line what seemed like on purpose. Shouldn’t they expect to be busy on a Sunday before Christmas? We kept saying hello in the speaker and she kept telling us to hold on. No customer service what so ever no I’m sorry be with you in a second, nothing! Today 12/22 1:26 pm. Whoever was in the drive thru should be fired.

I’m not sure how this place is still open. The donuts taste like they came off the mayflower. Breakfast sandwhiches be coming out cold tasting like drywall. A busted up drive thru that you’ll be sitting at for 10 minutes saying “huh”. Place is stupid.

The redhead guy who works here is absolutely the best customer service person I’ve ever dealt with in my life. He is working alone because his teammate abandoned him and he’s powering through a line of customers Both inside and through the drive-through all by himself. It’s actually incredible to watch and I wish he can come work for me. This guy is the true definition of a hard worker
