The food is that, just food. Nothing special. All of it is just so so. Many of the items on the buffet are dry, hard and over heated/cooked. The staff are cold and unfriendly. Not one of those ladies would ever greet you in a genuine way or crack a smile. Interior decor and seating is old and faded and run down. Definitely nothing about this place shines. If you’re up for a little bit of a drive up 31, I’d recommend the china buffet in crystal lake. Night and day difference on all accounts!

Great variety of food options both Chinese and American. Fresh fruit and desserts. I love their salad bar option soup was nice and warm and being Friday I enjoyed their fish. Good value and appreciated they had hand sanitizer everywhere. Friendly staff

I love the food and how the service is but there’s this particular person who works there who always has a bad attitude I once brushed it off thinking she just had a bad day but every time we and my family comes there she just has a bad attitude which really makes my family and I uncomfortable and mad. Everyone else is super kind and friendly even trying to speak Spanish to my family which I find really nice and kind but I other than that food is amazing and yummy but I really would like if that lady that always has a bad attitude to change if she continues it she will just make customers walk off she has many times made my family frustrated with the way she acts I really hope she changes and stops acting that way towards us. But really nice place haven’t had any problems other than that lady😁

This place has been here for 20+ years for a reason, the food and the atmosphere is incredible. The staff is about the nicest people you can meet and the food is very authentic. For $13.50 per person you can’t find a better deal but I personally love to do carry out. This is my favorite go to place for me and my kids. I’ve been going to this place for over 15 years and I have never had 1 issue there at all. I talk very highly of this place to all my friends and coworkers. All these people leaving anything but 5 stars should go back to McDonald’s and stay there.

This place was soo dirty, the food was just beyond ability to eat. This was the first time in my life where I actually got up and went to a different place to eat. Some type of plastic fell from the ceiling right into my plate. It was full of dirt and that was it. Never ever again.

There’s nothing “grand about this buffet. It should be called the “Meh buffet” at best. Me and my fiance went here last night and we were less than impressed. A lot of the food tasted old, like it was reheated from the day before. The staff seemed less than enthusiastic to be working and serving, had no personality to them at all. Had no atmosphere whatsoever, just one panda picture and NO music!! Also this morning me and my fiance were taking turns rushing to the bathroom due to food that wasn’t properly prepared. Do better.
Great and great price. The food was not just great for the price it was great at any price really. Everything was fresh and tasty from the chicken to the seafood to the sushi. I was actually quite shocked. Even the ice cream was very good. I will have to come again to make sure this wasn't a fluke but its the best buffet I've been to in a long time.
The lady offered to get us drinks multiple times and was always taking our old plates. Very good place that I actually didn't feel annoyed leaving a tip at.
To the people complaining that they had to get their own drinks; YOU ARE AT A BUFFET. You get up to get your food, the pop machine is about 5' from that food. How hard is it you lazy americans!
