Christmas Day the only thing open. I haven’t eaten at a a IHop in a long while and was looking forward to pancakes staff ignoring me for almost 20 minutes before what looked like a manager finally asked me anything. It was not bizzy only two tables already eating. I ordered a burger not impressed the pickles looked like someone bit them. Because I was hungry. Pancakes were not cooked raw in the middle. And it swells horribly in here. Never again. I don’t recommend

Service was awful! Sign said wait to be seated, sat ourselves after no one came to the desk. Had to ask for silverware. 5 tables were occupied, only ourselves and another didn't have food. It took 45 minutes to get our food. Won't go back.

We come here all the time for breakfast. On this day, October 22, 2025 at 9:30 in the morning, the place is dead. We are the only ones here. The food was fine. The waitress was fine. There is a horrible smell. It smells like raw sewage. We ate as fast as we could because the smell was turning my stomach.
When we were leaving, I needed to use the restroom. When I opened the door, it answered my question about what that smell was. It is absolutely raw sewage.
This place needs to be closed down immediately before someone gets sick.
I'm sorry, we have been coming here for years and never has it been like this. It's sad sitting in the back of the restaurant, the furthest table from the restroom and it smells that bad. I don't know how the health department hasn't closed this place down.
I understand now why nobody is in here. We should have walked out when we opened the door and smelled that odor but we didn't. We will not be back until the place is cleaned up. What conditions are they cooking the food in if the place smells like sewage?
With no customers coming in for breakfast on the weekdays, I predict this place will be closed soon.

I was here earlier in the day and man, the smell of poop drainage coming from the front of the kitchen was unpleasant! I asked to be moved to a far table so I could escape that situation, but even the food came out smelling horrible. I asked for coffee and was basically given one cup worth of coffee… waiter didn’t even bother to refill my coffee thing even when I asked. Never have I ever entered a restaurant that smelled of poo and I’m wondering how IHOP is getting away with this kind of thing, I’m reporting this to the village cause how can you work like this and give out food that smells like it came from the drain or that horrendous poop smell. Even when I asked how they worked with this, they said that they get ignored by higher up’s … makes me wonder what else they are getting away with. Stay away!!
Oh, and if you pay attention, look at the ground near the entrance to the kitchen area. There’s rat poop!! Definitely reporting this establishment tomorrow morning… just nuts.

This was our first visit to this location in years. We were surprised to see a very clean restaurant with updated seating, very clean environment from the booths, to the walls & the windows. It’s much brighter than I remember & they also had nice new clean menus. It was a weekday afternoon, so wasn’t crowded but the server was still very attentive and our food came out hot, fresh & tasty. We were very pleasantly surprised with today’s visit & we will make it a point to go back.
