This restaurant should be shut down. The building is dirty, the utensils were dirty, the coffee tasted like rust, the service was nonexistent. I walked out before my food was served!

My family went here after a nice day at the park across the street around 7PM on Friday the 14th.
Upon entry, we were sat (with unnecessary attitude) by the hostess. She even rolled her eyes when we said there would be a child that needed a high chair. At this time, There were about 5 tables max that were occupied.
We waited for almost an hour after being sat for them to come around and ask for a drink/food order. That never happened so when we asked (very politely to not piss her off) at the hour mark if we could please get the server and order we again were given extreme attitude despite the location not being busy. She never returned.
We as well as the table kitty corner from us noticed that the hostess was only attending to one table the entire time. When she wasn’t attending to that single table, we saw her in the kitchen scrolling on her phone sitting down.
We ended up leaving about an hour and 20 mins after being sat and the waiter/hostess not returning. No drink order, no food order NOTHING.
Super inconvenient as we had 2 children and 2 very pregnant ladies teetering on the edge of a meltdown that could have completely been avoided.
10/10 will not go back.
Place looks like it could use an update. Food was really good. Service was excellent. Everyone was very friendly and it was easy to get in on after church.

I tried to have breakfast at your establishment. I asked the waitress if the turkey bacon could be cooked in a different pan. I expressed to her that I am ALLERGIC TO RED MEAT. At that time she should have told me that everything else I had ordered would also be cooked on the griddle where you cook all meats including red meat. I started eating my eggs and hashbrowns and a third of the way through eating it I could taste red meat. I started having heart palpitations, extreme abdominal pain, nausea, headache and my lungs started feeling heavy. I called the waitress over and asked her if the food was cooked in separate pans from the griddle as I am allergic to red meat and had told her that. She said, "No, we can't cook everything in separate pans. You only asked about the turkey bacon". I told her, that I told her about my red meat allergy, which would apply to the eggs, hasbrowns and pancakes too, no? I should have been told that everything else was going to be cooked on the griddle and then I would have ordered something else. Now I am having complications and have been sitting in the parking lot because I can't quite drive yet. If someone says they are allergic to red meat, your team should understand that means everything that is red meat or cooks red meat. It's common sense. She was very nice but again this could result in a hospital stay. Little mistakes like this could really hurt someone and cause horrible outcomes. If someone says they are allergic to peanuts, I'm sure your team would tell them if something they ordered had nuts in it or was cooked around nuts, right? Same should go for any other allergy, including red meat allergy (Alpha Gal). Training may be in order. Not a good visit for me.

The grandkids have loved IHOP since they were toddlers. Service was exceptional
My family went in on Friday 1/10/25 around 7:30pm and the heat was set uncomfortably high. We ordered our food and the bacon was under done. I ordered a chicken club sandwich and my avocado was brown, again bacon underdone. Then we go to pay our bill and the waitress charges me for my children’s (8 years, 5 years, 1 year) kids meal. I asked, do kids not eat free? She said oh i guess your right, and removed 2/3 kids meals from the bill. I ended up spending $61 (including the tip) on food that went right in the trash. I will not be back to this location.

Unfortunately, I had to work on Christmas Day. By the time I arrived to my hotel I had no energy to go get something to eat. I ordered some dinner from Grub Hub. I am very grateful that IHOP was open.
However, I am very disappointed on my order. My sides arrived in cheap plastic bags like the cooks just pulled them from the fridge and microwaved them.
Also, no gravy.. Isn’t the purpose of country fried steak supposed to have gravy??
Just be warned of the “quality” you are getting when you order from IHOP/Grubhub from this location.
Side note* “Gravy is free” so it doesn’t count as an incomplete order..

The sign on the building, Google reviews, etc all said "Open 24 Hours", but they weren't open Saturday night at midnight.

Smelt like cleaning solutions in the air. I guess it's not a bad thing, but I just don't want to smell that with my breakfast.

Great specials, love their "Revolution" tea 🍵 the service was excellent albeit there were five people in the whole restaurant besides me and my boyfriend, I think we were there around 8:00 p.m. and I love breakfast for dinner sometimes 😋
Kid-friendliness: Definitely kid friendly also good specials for kids.

My hubby and I went in for dinner Sunday afternoon and as soon as we walked in a strong smell of drainage/must hit us. We were seated a bit further from the kitchen but could still smell that nasty odor. We ordered at T-bone dinner and a poblano omelet. I also had the New York cheesecake pancakes and was really pleased with the new recipe.
My steak wasn’t the best but the food was decent. Our server was really friendly and attentive. We both just couldn’t really enjoy our food due to the odor. We even considered taking our food to go but decided it was too late to change our minds. The atmosphere is just not the greatest so due to all of these factors we took the rest of our pancake order to go.
We were literally the only ones dining on a Sunday. I wonder if the atmosphere and odor had something to do with it.
