The food was expensive ($48 for 3 people) and just okay. It's really just a basic sandwich. Had to ask for a larger bag to pack the food and drinks and chips in for three people and had to ask it to be repacked because the worker backed the heavy sodas on top of the sandwiches, smashing them. Overall, the place was clean, but I wouldn't go back.

So slooooooow. 4 people (kids) working and one sandwich made every 10min. All seemed to be trapped inside some invisible box incapable of moving, but only to grab their cell phone.

Do I mind if there are no onions on a Mike way sandwich he asked. What you really meant to ask is if I don't mind not only waiting in line far too long for a sandwich that takes 4 people to make and if i mind that the girl literally holding the onions staring at me can continue to slack off and not even pretent to work today. Yes I do mind, didnt stand in line for 20min for slack sandwich.

This is 2nd time that order was wrong. I'm usually 3 strikes and you're out but not this time. Receipt had correct sandwich on it but that's not what we received.

They won't honor coupons fine print shows different stores, and they wouldn't honor the after five deal at 4pm. We didn't know it was after 5 deal. We saw it on store posting. I will not come back to this location again. Giant was $18 A little pricey.
I love their sandwiches. The meat is cut fresh for each one. The staff is great.

*Update*‐ spoke with the Manager and he was willing to male things right. I will give this location anther chance based on him addressing the situation. Thanks! Severely b.s location. Walked in 15 minutes till close to get 2 Phillys, and was turned away by the young staff who wanted to leave right at 9 instead of doing their jobs. They said they weren't making any more hot sandwiches for the night. Maybe it should be posted if that's the case? Normally, I wouldn't come in so late or order ahead, but tonight I wasn't able to to do so. I don't normally leave reviews, but this left me freaking angry. Lost a customer...
