The lady who made my sandwich was kind, although there was only 1 tomato slice, a couple slivers of lettuce and they forgot the cheese. Just a mouth full of bread.

Every sandwich I've ordered from here. Has had half the ingredients thats supposed to be on the sandwiches. Compared to all other Jimmy John's. The owner is shorting ingredients to save money. I wish I could add a photo of the gargantuan my wife ordered

DoorDash said they closed at 9:00 on Saturday. I ordered at 8:45 because DoorDash said it was fine. 30 minutes later they canceled my order. While the driver was waiting for the food. Today we ordered from DoorDash. Paid for extra avocado on one sub and didn't get it. Paid for four brownies only got one. Paid for four chips only got one. Found hair in our roast beef sandwich. Short black and curly, so it doesn't match anyone in my house full of blondes and brunettes.

Service is horribly slow. I waited 15 minutes for my food. The staff are slow and don't pay attention to their jobs.
We didn't get a receipt so we could not verify if it was us who made the mistake or the employee but we got sandwiches that had pork so we could not eat them. We returned with the sandwiches and were very nice about it. They would not remake our sandwiches unless we paid for them. It was very disappointing and upsetting. $55 out the window. We will not be returning.

Delivery is no longer fast. Terrible customer service at MCHenry County Location. Will no longer order from here again. They canceled my order because their driver was taking too long. I had already paid for my order through the app and I did not get my refund or food. So basically I have been robbed by the Jimmy John’s company.

The business failed to take accountability and resolve refund over the phone or in person. Additionally they were missing items advertised (red velvet cookie & Cherry coke drink). 3 restitutions demanded: Refund, Finish The Job, Contact From Bussiness
Kid-friendliness: Definitely wouldn't recommend bringing your kids here.
The employees might not "feel comfortable" feeding you.
