We didn't get a receipt so we could not verify if it was us who made the mistake or the employee but we got sandwiches that had pork so we could not eat them. We returned with the sandwiches and were very nice about it. They would not remake our sandwiches unless we paid for them. It was very disappointing and upsetting. $55 out the window. We will not be returning.

Delivery is no longer fast. Terrible customer service at MCHenry County Location. Will no longer order from here again. They canceled my order because their driver was taking too long. I had already paid for my order through the app and I did not get my refund or food. So basically I have been robbed by the Jimmy John’s company.

The business failed to take accountability and resolve refund over the phone or in person. Additionally they were missing items advertised (red velvet cookie & Cherry coke drink). 3 restitutions demanded: Refund, Finish The Job, Contact From Bussiness
Kid-friendliness: Definitely wouldn't recommend bringing your kids here.
The employees might not "feel comfortable" feeding you.

Went in to pick up my family’s order. My sandwich was missing so I called and asked if they could deliver it since they forgot it. The employee said we are not within their delivery area. I live 4.6 miles away. Then the manager said they only have one driver like that justified it. They said they would credit it. If the people making the sandwiches focused a little more instead of talking and acting like high schoolers then they probably would have packed it correctly. Won’t ever go to this location again.

I swear they use to be good. BUT. When I went there over the weekend, the food wasn’t great. The sandwiches were small and didn’t have much of them. $10 a sandwich I would think they would be better. The atmosphere was pretty much 4 employees chit chatting while one made my sandwich. And they didn’t give me the correct change back. It wasn’t much only 9¢ so I felt silly saying something. But it did happen.

Beware of McHenry location. This is the 4th time they have gotten our online order wrong. Called to politely explain our frustration that their employees consistently fail to read and follow directions, but the manager had a major attitude problem and refused to take any ownership whatsoever. Skip this JJ location and go next door to chipotle instead. Less attitude and you actually get what you ordered/paid for.
Food is always good ! 5 stars ! Not impressed that a staff member was vaping in the food prep area ??♀️

Came in ordered than the computer tried to add on a tip. Wasn't told what number I was which caused confusion when getting food. Than a team member got mad and told me to back away from counter. With over 10 sub shops in McHenry I will not be back

Could have been faster but I know "freaky fast" isn't part of the biz anymore. Wasn't slow by any means. Ordered online. Curbside pickup. Order was right. Tasted like a jjs sandwich. Employee who brought it out had a smile on his face and was friendly. First time in the area but on the off chance I'm nearby and need a quick bite, I'll be sure to consider!

Drowning w/ mayo & was NOT EZ LETTUCE, ALSO NO OIL & VINEGAR put on .it was #9 as i ALWAYS ORDER A GIANT. And delivery was 1hr!!! UNACCEPTABLÈ.worst service ever! for $26 i expect something in return?
