Had a sad experience this time around. We has a $18.99 coupon for the 8 peice meal and although I told them at the drive thru and handed them the coupon at the window I thought we were good. When I got home and looked at the receipt we paid full price $34. Honestly I was just sad because there was an obvious problem they had with us. She snatched the coupon too which was weird :(

We waited in the drive through for 45 minutes. Only to get home and get watery potatoes NASTY and the chicken was so soggy and the inside was like a grayish color ..the meat and the breading . After 2 bites you could tell it definitely wasn't good. Then comes the food poisoning...that was a great topper Thank you KFC for making not only me but my daughter sick as well. I would suggest a Health Dept visit to this site for sure

This place is terrible employees never answer the phone, had a question about pot pie availability, this is why i called 1st, but no answer, drove all the way there only to find out girl told me none ready i had to wait 1/2 hr if i wanted one made, never again will i go there to waste my gas and time, due to lazy employees that cant even answer phones, I want an answer as to why they dont answer the phone there,TOO BUSY IS NOT ACCECTABLE NO ONE THERE AT THE TIME OF MY ORDER, when other KFCs, do answer there phones when i called them, what disrectect to customers, place is a joke! Manager please comment if your concerned at all !

Just left this location after waiting 20 minutes in the drive thru for my order. The Hispanic man running the drive thru was very rude and didn't know anything about our order or even cared. He was acting very odd like he was on some sort of drug or maybe drunk. I'm very upset and even my order was wrong. Like what happened to this location? Horrible employees with no care for their jobs. Why should I spent money here? Thanks for wasting my time.
