Order sweet potato fries and received day old fries. Italian beef was wrapped so that all my cheese was stuck to the wrapper. 1/2 chicken dinner was the size of a quail. Call restaurant but manager couldn’t be bothered to get in the phone just wanted to refund me for my fries. I declined and said 2 strikes and I won’t be going there again. Second time order was wrong and food was old.
Ordered a beef with sweet peppers and fries.Could not finish the beef. It was too salty. I mean like someone played a joke on me salty. Thought about putting it in the backyard as a salt lick for the deer.Fries tasted like they've been on life-support all day under a heat lamp.Should have went down the street to Buona's
Lady in the front was so sweet (sadly i dont recall her name) . Came with my husband and my two kids to eat here. ? First time eating here. Def will come back. Burgers and wings where delicious.
I don't know what the bad reviews are. Here I am eating real good gyro with fresh French fries. Extra sauce for the gyro which I didn't ask for.
Food has always been great, but the service was wonderful during our dine in today. Tonya, you're a Rockstar. She was so friendly, always had a smile on her face, and even stopped at every table to make sure everyone was doing okay! There was also a young girl in the kitchen (blonde hair) I didn't get her name but she came up to help me and she was so sweet too! The service has definitely improved!! Customer service was 100%!!
Just over an hour for two grilled cheese kids meals, gyro platter and a Philly steak. I get it to a point however it will never make want to return. Overall disappointing compared to the Cary location. Ownership should review the operation and management staff to keep the business successful.
After several times, I have found an item I would gladly order again. The Greek chicken dinner was yummy. The house made lemon vinaigrette is awesome!
Gyro sandwich was so so. I only 2 small tomato half slices in it. Onions were good. The tzatziki sauce was thick like sour cream, I bought extra sauce and spread it on like sour cream to a potato. I was expecting more and got less. My husbands fries were extremely salty and he threw them out. His beef sandwich was kind of dry, not moist. I tried the bread gravy, it had the gravy on the bread, but it was still dry. Nothing like the menu promised. We might go back to try the hot dogs, but I can’t promise that.
I always get the Burger. It has been cooked anywhere from good (med rare) to very over done over the last year or so since they opened, like today. (I always order online and make the med rare choice). I like a little moisture/grease in my burger. I keep getting it overcooked and very dry. I love the fact they offer a cooked preference, now they just need to follow through. AND they REALLY need to change the fries. I eat out constantly and you would have a hard time finding worse fries anywhere. It's strange, they almost taste 'baked' not deep fried. Not sure what is going wrong there, the cook/storing method (cooked an hour ago sitting in heat/oven/light?) or the fries themselves. Fries are easy, how do you mess that up.
I really liked this place the first time I ate there. But depending on who rings you up, changes how much you pay. I asked for ranch instead of Italian for my salad and was charged 60 cents. The French fries are really not good. They should have available substitutes if you don't want fries. But sometimes the rice is unavailable. ?

Menu board doesn't display types of drinks or prices or size. So in today's economy would like to know these things. It did have combo drink and fries with any sandwich for $4 .Now for what I ordered was Italian Beef withering and fries. The wasvery little beef on sandwich. The beef was barely warm. The bread was old and crumbly. The fries tasted like they have been sitting for awhile just warm and soft. Not crispy.
Not impressed with the food. Not to mention the order was made wrong. I also felt bad for the girl that worked there. The cook seemed to have a problem with her and he liked to yell and swear at her loud enough for customers to hear. If I was the owner I would show him the door. Lucky no children were in the building.
The food is almost always really good (especially the lamb kabobs) and the staff are nice, but it usually takes a REALLY long time to get a drop-in to-go order. Last time my wife and I went, we waited at least 20 minutes for food for only 3 people when there was barely anyone else in the restaurant, the packaging was dripping with oil, and I could hear the young staff goofing around in the back. It took even longer to get the food because the staff were looking to give our food to someone named "William" when the name I gave them doesn't even sound like "William". Only go if you have a lot of time/order ahead and don't mind a mess.
I really hate giving a negative review but I feel I must tell it like it is. I placed an order online and then drove the 6 minutes to Kojaks. We waited 15 minutes more and finally got an order. The wrong order. Then it was 12 more minutes before we got the right order. My husband's pulled pork sandwich was good and the onion rings were amazing. My gyro was lukewarm and very, very salty. It was a little busy (5 people waiting for takeout orders) and 5-6 tables were full in the dining room. The cashier did apologize and said they were backed up. I know most restaurants are struggling with staffing but I would have been more sympathetic if they had just given us a heads up that it would take longer than usual.
Went there Wednesday for dinner I had the loaded grilled cheese which was delicious but got a gyro for someone else and when they unwrapped it we found a plastic hamburger bag clasp in it. A little disappointed to say the least.... Tried calling twice no answer. And only option for email is questions for catering.
