Usually when I go to this place the food is really good but for some reason the last time I was there it did not taste that good service is excellent

I ordered a Ribeye Torta and Ribeye tacos. First waitress at the front desk was rude when I was picking up my food. Then the food tasted ok but the Ribeye Steak was like chewing bubble Gum full, gristly and very tough to eat. Threw most of it away in the garbage.

Went in on Sunday, location was cleaned inside and outside the restaurant. There was enough parking behind the restaurant. Food was amazing, had menudo de res which was great, hot and they also gave me chile de arbol to add spiciness to the menudo. Also ordered a molcajete fajita meal for 2, my daughter and I could hardly finish it. It has so much meat with rice and beans on the side. I really got my money worth. Staff was extremely nice and friendly, they attended to us in a timely manner, for a family of 6.

Food was outstanding! Portions were very large. The place isn't fancy but it's clean and welcoming. I highly recommend.
Charges 3% fee for CC use!Had the enchiladas, and it had very little cheese, so it seemed kinda dry. Food could be a little hotter.It was just warm so cooled too fast. Will try again.

Most definitely a "hole in the wall" kind of vibe- this place is in the back of a grocery store & has DELICIOUS FOOD! 2 booths and some stall seating, so not your typical restaurant... but if you're looking for GREAT Mexican food THIS IS IT. Menu is simple as well which I love. Guys are great too, friendly :)

Went for the first time today. Enjoyed the chips and salsa and my quesadilla, There was a birthday at another table and it was so fun to watch the celebration. Server had a great voice and sang a song in spanish so i'm not sure what was being said but then he poured a tequila shot into the birthday fellas mouth! Everyone enjoyed the celebration! even us and we were just at the next table. z
Mexican restaurants seem to be everywhere, in-fact I think there are a total of three within 2 minutes of La Trinidad, but I choose to come here. Portions are good size, good prices, and most important of all great food. Fun menu items you don't see everywhere. I highly recommend the Fajita Burrito, it's awesome!

The steak taco dinner was as usual delicious. Our server could have been a little bit more friendly. She didn't smile much had a very stern facial expression about her. But all in all never disappointed about the food at La Trinidad.

Juan, our server was awesome. Great food and many food choices at reasonable prices. Drinks were very good. Clean, friendly, courteous, and very attentive. Burrito and the chimichanga which we ordered were served with a side of beans, rice, and salad. Warm chips and salsa are complimentary. Will definitely recommend it. ?
