We went into the Mchenry Little Caesar’s tonight and we were warmly greeted and our pizza and breadsticks were perfect. Shoutout to Emily as well! She gave us superb service!

The kids that work there are nice but the dude in the back has this looong grey beard and he is making dough And pizzas and he doesn't have any kind of hairnet on. He doesn't really wear gloves and when he does as I've seen in the past, he doesn't change them. What's the point of wearing gloves if you are going to touch this and that and not change gloves. I don't know. He talks over the pizza which means he's spitting all over it and waving his beard around over it. WEAR A HAIR NET FOR YOUR BEARD! COME ON! HOW HAVE YOU GOTTEN TO RUN THIS PLACE THIS LONG? It's just not the cleanest place at all. They need to hire someone else to run the place and to come in and do a scrub down of their kitchen and waiting area.... Kids that previously worked there have said this guy crosses boundaries with other kids that work there. It's sick. Never again. Rusty Nail or Rosatis is where it's at.

Thank God they got new management and I can start coming back! Today I had the best pretzel crust pizza I've ever had from Little Caesars and I'd like to thank Dale and his wonderful crew for their hard work! The nice lady at the register had an awesome personality, Dale was extremely patient and friendly when he took my order over the phone, the portions on my food were great and it was cooked to perfection! The place is very clean I highly recommend the McHenry location!

Not much they can do for the atmosphere it's an old building. Service wasn't that great the one guy there didn't seem to care how I think going on father 2 workers were on top of stuff and getting it done it was very nice. One of the food items that I ordered fresh you could tell was in the warmer for a while.

They usually always have great people working but there was a rude girl running the night shift if I order from here a lot and never once had a problem but the girl was very rude and there wasn't any sauce in the middle of my pizzas even though there's sauce on a pizza always personally 2 stars hopefully that changes in the future

Delivery was fast, but the pizzas were somehow each overcooked and undercooked. Disappointing.

Saw that there was a little Caesars. On my way home and decided I wanted to pick up a couple of pizzas. And the person at the desk told me the price I was extremely shocked. They were the most expensive little Caesars in the Chicagoland area. Peter supposed to be $5.99 each. This location is charging you more money 2 dollars more for pizza. That is called bait and switch and that is illegal in this country.

Ordered a pizza at 5:57 to pick up at 6:30. It wasn’t ready at 6:30, left and came back. Still wasn’t ready and the person at the counter said it was ordered with a promise time of 7:50, wrong!! Will not be back.

Lady taking my order was beyond rude, I go to pick it up only to find they didn’t start making it until 40 minutes AFTER I arrived at the store. Then they didn’t even make my order right!
In two separate instances I’ve also gotten their butter garlic. Both times they were not sealed and already opened when I went to pick up the order and check the bag. It soaked all my food with sauce.
If it’s none of those issues, it’s paying extra for toppings only to get 3 single pieces of sausage thrown on to their sad excuse of a pizza.
