This McDonald’s is excellent. The people are great and friendly. The food is always the best version of whatever I’m getting. Hot and crispy. The manager I see around lunch is always rocking it with their crew during rushes. It’s wild having such a good experience at a fast food restaurant once let alone every time I go.

Place is disgusting. Every table was filthy and they wouldn't clean the tables. No napkins anywhere. I asked for napkins and the guy said they are on the tray. I said what tray. He said ur food tray. I said no u never put napkins on my tray thats why I'm asking. He gave me 2 napkins for both me n my son n literally said thats all you get. Bald Mexican guy who looks like he may be the manager needs to be FIRED. Clean up this place. Literally garbage overflowing out the garbage cuz they are to take out the garage. Gross.

Go thru the drive thru to get breakfast and then go to open bag and find my breakfast sandwich barely wrapped and missing hashbrowns , don't think I will be going back to that establishment. Having experience in the food and hospitality business myself , this is unacceptable....

Waited while four cars went in front of me, people working the windows have dirty fingernails, and the guy managing is kinda rude but the others were kind. This place has gone down hill since Bear took it o we. Sad. Hope they do better.

Ordered the 3 piece tenders. Waited 15 minutes (dining in and wasn’t busy). Finally got my tenders and they weren’t even warm. Fries weren’t fresh. So just waited the 15 minutes while they let my food sit out for 14 of those minutes or something

The girl I was placing my order to at the drive thru was messing it up alot couldn't believe it after I repeated my self like 4 times . So they made me pull up to the windows to repeat my self for the 5th time. Then I pulled up to the windows to get my order an left. After I got home with the food they still messed it up. Think manage need to train these ppl better an also with manners not gd
