Don’t waste your time I asked somebody where my meal was when I ordered it. I paid for it and they said sorry I don’t understand you because they don’t speak English.

My kids and I ordered chicken nugget Happy Meals from here at 6:30 in the evening by around 3am myself and my children were all vomiting and had horrible stomach pains. I attempted to call this morning and tell them what had happened. Upon telling someone who identified themselves as a manger I was told to hold on and then hung up on and when calling back they are now not answering the phone. I didn’t want compensation just an acknowledgment or them to act like they cared.

Can't complain about the food, but the service is ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE. Waited in the drive-thru for 10 minutes for no one to come to the speaker... I can hear the people in front of me yelling "Hello" multiple times. Decided to go inside, had to order on the Kiosk and then since I wanted to pay cash I had to go up to the counter. Then after about 15 minutes, I finally get my food. Oh but my drinks, here you go fill it up yourself? Are you kidding me? I just spent 30 minutes here and you can't do your damn job. This location needs to get it together!!!!

Don’t let them send you to the secondary window – they WILL forget about you. This has happened multiple times at this location, and I’ve had enough! I’ve been sitting here in the secondary lane for 15-20 minutes, watching 15-20 other cars get their orders and leave while I’m still completely ignored. It’s beyond frustrating! How hard is it to remember that I’m still waiting for my food? This is an absolute failure in customer service, and I’m done dealing with this nonsense.
I will NEVER come back to this location again. If you value your time, go anywhere else but here!
The amount of times this place has screwed up fairly simple orders like just asking for no cheese on something is ridiculous. It's getting to the point where I have to double check my order before I leave the lot. Do better. Positive Side note the people working the windows are always friendly to me it just sucks that I'm not getting what I pay for
