I'm so TIRED of this place getting my order WRONG. It seems like every time I order the STEAK bagel I get the bacon one instead. Do they do this on purpose? Oh, and I stopped asking for extra sauce because they charge you more and still DON'T give you the extra sauce! SO FRUSTRATING!

Really disappointed in the $5 Meal Deal. Hamburger was very small, dry and tasteless. Fries luke warm and dry (not fresh). Chicken Mcnuggets were the same, luke warm and dry. Bad food, even at $5, is still bad food.

Went to mcdonalds asked for a mcrib with no pickle no onions and add extra bbq sauce. Well to my surprise they charged me 1.19 for extra sauce but they kept the pickles and onions for free. Should be some kind of trade off when this happens. People check your receipts. FYI the extra sauce was not worth 1.19. This was done at mcdonalds on elm st in mchenry IL. Not to happy with mcdonalds be awhile before they see me again

Absolutely disgusting first they gave us double cheeseburgers when we ordered triple ... both cruncy bread burger cheese was not melted at all!! Then went back thru drive thru told them and they said no problem we will get you some new ones well I expect these burgers to be atleast fresh nope!! The cheese was so cold I could feel it thru the bag!! Burgers again crunchy just unable to comprehend how these people have no care whatsoever of the food they serve!! Even if it is just "fast food" I'll wait a few mins if you give fresh food!! Especially when place is empty!!! Either way I will never goto this McDonald's again!!!! HAVE SOME DAMN PRIDE IN YOUR WORK!!! People work hard for their money!!
