I ordered hotcakes with sausage and got only hotcakes. Really yestersay one of the burgers was cooked with 2 patties stuck together and looked old so really some needs to look into this

Just went to the drive through at 1:00am. The two gentlemen were very nice and food came out pretty quick for the two meals I ordered. There was even a car ahead of us, we we're still only there for what felt like a couple minutes. Very friendly trip thank you!

I have never seen a dirtier restaurant. The tables and floors were full of spills and very sticky. The trash cans were so full you couldn't force your stuff in. Never again

Worse employees. I made a mobile order for breakfast at 10:50. When I got there at 11:00 they told me they couldn’t make it cause they don’t serve breakfast at 11. EVEN THO I WAS a MINUTE LATE. Then the manager told me to cancel my order and reorder something else. Don’t go to this McDonalds this place is an absolute joke. The employees don’t care

Leah the manager claim to charge for a small water cup at the drive thru but says you have to come inside and get it for free…. Hows does that make sense ?????
You cant give me the water cup at the drive thru for me to drive away with my water instead much rather give me a “ Water Cup “ inside where i can just change it for soda lol and Then chase you down the drive thru screaming out the window like a manic “ thats 54 cent sir “ 🤣🤣🤣🤣 pathetic acting like I'm stealing food screaming “ he did not pay, he did not pay “ over some water can you believe.
out of Vanilla shake. out of hot fudge. they said it was due to the local festivities which are anual, so why didn't they prepare. why is the milkshake machine always broke?

Had a frustrating experience with curbside pickup. Waited 20 minutes for food that didn't arrive, then had to go through the drive-thru. We then waited 30 more minutes for our hotcakes, and by the time we got them, the other food was cold and drinks were watered down. The staff at the second window specifically seemed overwhelmed, and they were not friendly. Luckily, the girl who brought out our order was nicer, but by that point it was already a really disappointing visit. Then we realized an egg one of us ate looked like a health hazard, pic included.

Drive thru. Took forever to even move forward. Wanted a shake the machine is broken.(Again) So pd for my order. And was glad to see one of your employees was there. Her name is Sue. Always friendly. Also when I was ordering I said to the that's not my order she said oh our screens don't work right. So I go to get my order, the girl said oh we're out of lemons. Ok no problem so I said can I have extra ice on my ice tea she said has plenty of ice Ok. Than she says we are out of juice for the happy meal. So ok I understand being out of stuff. So she gives me my drinks , than my bag of food. And I sit and wait. She says did I give you your happy meal? I say no. And then I have wait again. So I get home and I have half if that container of fries!!? My happy meal fried had more than my medium fries!!! Everytime I have gone to this McDonald's I've had issues. And I know that it's under new owners. So I will give it one more chance. please fill your fries all the wU
