I've been waiting here for over 1hour waiting for a large fry that's it I've seen several small and large orders being placed while waiting. It was LIKE 7:00 in the afternoon and now it's 8:10 fix ur service. Read several reviews saying one star service and food plus it was my last 5 dollars. I'm still waiting.

Drive thru experience took 4 additional minutes at the window as the female teenager attendant acted completely dumb handing me 6 nuggets and a double cheeseburger when I had a 6 nugget Happy Meal and double cheeseburger order. Handed the receipt to her and she walked over to her manager and shrugged. Then the manager asked me what was wrong and then told me to wait for an additional 7 minutes. Gross incompetence and lack of active listening skills.

Just wanted to share my experience with this McDonalds. I have visited this location all the time and this last time I had a mixed experience. Ordered a kids happy meal and used a coupon on the app. Ordered a kids cheeseburger happy meal… was told it’s extra to add on the cheese. I said that’s fine. Charged me the $1 for cheese just to not add the cheese….. that’s not even the worst part. I pull up to the drive through window and all I hear is the older woman complain that I ordered cheese on the kids burger and if I want cheese I need to pay for it because I used the app and if I want the discount I need to pay and not look for free add on. Passing out the rest of the food after noticing my kid didn’t have the cheese that I had to pay extra for and hear everyone complain about, we ended up missing a fry for one of the meals and the sauce for the nuggets. The ONLY reason I’m doing this review is because of the lady you had working that drive through on 2/8/25 around 5pm. Don’t complain about the customers on the other side of the glass when they can hear everything you say….. maybe the next time the customer won’t just brush it off.
