I brought my mom here today and we both had Reshmi Curry with Eggplant-She had it with the chickpea noodles and I had it with rice. They were absolutely delicious, savory meals. We both cleaned our plates. And I’m a child-sized person, so that’s saying something.I certainly can’t complain about the service or the price either. I was also happy to find a restaurant that didn’t have any steps, since my mom uses a walker.

As someone with celiac, I have NEVER had the chef personally come out to my table and discuss what I could and couldn't have, UNTIL My Place. The head chef/ Owner came out and walked me through the menu, and prepared special Naan bread for me. This level of care made the experience THAT much better. The food was AMAZING! My party all ordered the My Place curry. We all had orders of chicken as well. We ordered Tikka Masala (mild and spicy) butter chicken! We had Escargot as an appetizer and it was wonderful!Dietary restrictions: Celiac- Like I mentioned before the chef walked me through the menu, plenty of options!

Just ate here a few hours ago. The escargot and both of our chicken Tikka curry was phenomenal!!Update. Currently sitting here with my best friend. We got escargot and we both got butter chicken with the upgraded cilantro egg bread. It was all so good. Even better than the first time I came here 11 months ago!

One person working the bar and as a waitress. Takes forever to get a drink. We are leaving after we get our drink, if we get our drink. Now, the one bartender chick took over the show and rocked it. She was amazing. Tended bar and doubled as the best waitress ever!

LOVE IT! I would give a million stars if i could! I would eat here all the time if I could too, their curry is so good that I've wished I could have the recipe so many times. It might be my favorite food, but is definitely my favorite restaurant in all of mchenry. I always get the my way curry tikka masala with upgraded cilantro egg paratha bread. Hot is the perfect spice level for me, enough to make my eyes water sometimes but that's what makes it perfect. If you don't like spice like that you can order it mild too! I can't say enough good things about my place, my boyfriend and I have loved it for a year, and I rave to my friends all the time! Compliments to the chef xx so glad I found my place!
