Worst chicken parmesan I've ever had. Over cooked frozen, breaded, chicken breast, deep fried and covered w/ cheese and sauce. Not even close to Italian authenticity.

I loved the waiter, aka Johnny, he made our birthday experience a million times better and treated us like family. He is a sweet heart. He deserves a huge raise ❤️

Olive Garden used to be a reliable go-to for affordable Italian-American fare with generous portions, but recent visits have left me feeling less than satisfied. The most noticeable change is the significant increase in prices coupled with noticeably smaller portion sizes. It's disappointing to see the once wallet-friendly soup and breadstick deal priced at $11.49, nearly triple its previous cost of $5.00. The iconic Tour of Italy dish, which used to offer three substantial portions, now costs a hefty $21.49 and barely covered the plate. This shift in value is hard to ignore, especially when reminiscing about the good old days of plentiful servings at reasonable prices. However, despite these changes, the service remains a saving grace. Our waitress was exceptionally kind and attentive, ensuring our needs were met throughout the meal. Her service is the sole reason I'm not rating this experience lower.Reflecting on this visit, I can't help but think about seeking out authentic Italian restaurants that still offer generous portions at reasonable prices. Olive Garden seems to have lost its appeal in terms of value, making it harder to justify continued patronage. In conclusion, while the service at Olive Garden remains commendable, the drastic increase in prices and decrease in portion sizes have left a once-loyal customer disappointed and considering alternative dining options for future Italian cuisine cravings.

Very disappointedUpdate....We ordered our usual (all you can eat soup salad bread-sticks). We got the hint of an attitude right off the bat. When the food came it was thrown on the table (which was quite jarring).. Then she refused to give us any refills. Another waitress seen our displeasure and asked if we needed anything. So that's how we were able to get a refill. We even had to ask for the mints; and she thru them on the table and wouldn't even turn her head to look ar us. Typically the servers want to get a tip and never let your all you can eat dinner run empty. Especially with no refills at all. And when i put in a complaint; i was told that she wasn't mad just busy. Nope. I don't believe that I'll ever go backGrear service, food was fresh. There were three of us and we had 2 unlimited, soup, salad and breadsticks and also a lasagna classico with sodas and a water for $44.67 including tax but not the tip. The unlimited soup, salad and bread sticks were $10.99 per; quite a deal!
