The didnt have beef so they gave us Philly steak instead and it was a small portion. You would think they would give a bigger portion since they ran out of supplies. Pizza tastes great though the wings were under cooked. it was just the cashier she sucked. She had a weird attitude like the words she said were friendly but the way she said it sucked.

Tonight was the last time I order from Papa John's. Every time I order, my order is 20-30 minutes behind the anticipated ready time. No workers acknowledge you when you come in and you stand there hoping someone will help you. To top things off when I was given my order, I was missing a pizza from my order. As far as the food goes, the boneless wings were sub par, my pizza was barely above frozen pizza quality for the price. Based on this last experience, I will not be a returning customer. I hope the figure out their operation for the people that still go there.

First time ordering a pizza from Papa Johns. And this will be the last time. I ordered online and signed up for text messages to track the progress of my order. Aside from the initial text to let me know that my order had been received, I got NO TEXTS, even after 50 minutes. I finally called to check on the progress. Told pizza was ready. By the time we got there, it had been well over an hour. Pizza was cold. Had very little cheese and toppings were sparse. Their large pizza is 14 inches, which is a medium pizza at Rosati's. This was not a good pizza at any price! Won't buy from Papa Johns again.

Placed an order at 8:30 pm using the app, continued to check the tracking over the next hour and it never moved from the “making” stage. Finally, at 9:50 pm, after my delivery window, I called the store to see if this was accurate and it was. They had not even put my order in the oven yet, 20 mins after it was expected to be delivered. Absolutely ridiculous! I could hear teens in the background of the phone call horsing around too. Clearly no one wants to work anymore, no one loses their job for failure to perform their job duties anymore, so it’s okay to have your business run to the ground for allowing lack of accountability in your workplace. Get new staff, new managers. Will never be ordering from them again, went somewhere else, where my money = I get the product I paid for…

Not one to complain I do enjoy Papa John's pizzas However I don't enjoy cold pizzas And pictures that are left on my doorstep from doordash Without a knock on the door or the ringing on my doorbell They did however being made Another two pizzas Still cold And the driver did come up to the door and ring my doorbell this time And I appreciate that However chances of me ordering from this Papa John's again are very slim

When you're walking it smells like a laundry detergent because they wash the entire store
Every time I order pizza, there’s one dude in here that can’t read a sticker to save his life. Every time my pizza is NOT WELL DONE OR SQUARE CUT! Not only that I told him I wanted it remade and he still cut it in triangles, and tried to cover it up by cutting squares on top of it. So I had a fricken jigsaw of a pizza. Not squares, not triangles, a dang puzzle. I prefer my pizza in squares and I usually just deal with the triangles when they mess up, but this is the 5th time that he cut it in triangles. Like not everyone wants triangles.

This place can be hit or miss. Some of the staff seems very unhappy, grouchy, and almost bothered by your presence. Others have been very friendly and helpful. I will happily tip if I'm provided good service. Food is usually pretty good when the staff seems to care. But a few times, it was dry (despite asking for extra sauce) and totally not enjoyable. I would probably be back more if they were more consistent.

Service was 50/50, but my god the food was absolutely terrible, haven’t eaten papa John’s in close to 10 years! Figured we would grab some for dinner last night and the whole family is legit on the toilet all day today! The Food tasted sour, we all had 1 slice each and some bread sticks and threw the entire other pizza away! Absolutely Disgusting, I don’t know how people can eat this food on a regular basis! Avoid at all costs

Ordered deliver, food arrived fast. The pizza was the worst pizza I have had a really long time. I usually don't order papa Johns. Although the last time I had it is was decent. This pizza had no flavor besides it just tasted super sweet like eating dough and sugar. For almost $20 pizza it was not worth it at all. A $5 hot n ready would of been a million times better.
