Ordered deliver, food arrived fast. The pizza was the worst pizza I have had a really long time. I usually don't order papa Johns. Although the last time I had it is was decent. This pizza had no flavor besides it just tasted super sweet like eating dough and sugar. For almost $20 pizza it was not worth it at all. A $5 hot n ready would of been a million times better.

The people are super nice here!! Also love how fresh the food is. The stuffed crust pizza I had was better than any other stuffed crust I've had! Definitely recommend if you are a cheese lover.

They switched to door dasher delivery and my pizza was sitting for about an hour before it finally got to me cold. Never doing that again.

It’s been hour and a half for 1 pizza and breadstick and order still not ready. My poor DoorDasher has been waiting patiently and they keep telling them they are making it when they clearly aren’t. I called myself and the girl was rude and said she just now started making it. So why lie to the door dasher and tell them and hour and a half ago you were making it.

Stopped in on my way home to grab pizza and bread sticks for my son. Service was good. Store was clean but loud. The employee tossing dough was talking to another employee, that wasn't working, over the wall. The food was good, can't go wrong with Papa John's as far as flavor and consistency goes. Just a personal preference, but I won't order from this store in the future. Not wild about almost every employee having hair down past their shoulders with only a hat on. Needs to be pulled back and out of the way so it won't get in the food. I'm sure they are all clean and careful, it's just a personal preference for me. Otherwise everything was as it should be. Haven't been in that store in probably 20 years and it's still a pain to get in and out of the parking lot.

Pizza is like cardboard, it wasn't steaming hot when delivered.
Just terrible. Every time I try to order online using the website or the app there's an error or mistake. I've tried the computer, I've tried the cell phone app... Then if you try to call in, you don't get the local store...you get a guy in Pakistan (literally because I asked) that can sort of speak English.... IT'S FRUSTRATING TO SAY THE LEAST. I don't want to support a company putting money in some foreign person's pocket, I've got kids here in the US, tons of friends that need work. So I called Antioch pizza and a nice American answer the phone and instantly understood my order and the pizza was here in less than 30 minutes.. STICK TO YOUR LOCAL PIZZA PLACES AND HELP SUPPORT THE LOCAL ECONOMY.

So I love pizza and papa John's in general but the young guys they have working there need to treat people's food like they are going to eat it themselves or feed it to their family. FOR EXAMPLE... If I pay you in cash and you TOUCH MONEY, as soon as you are done you should wash your hands AND THAN go and make food....
Seriously we just got through all the crazy cleanliness rules from covid and people still don't know how to wash their hands that we were supposed to have learned when we were little kids??? IT'S COMMON SENSE!!! WASH YOUR HANDS BEFORE YOU TOUCH FOOD.... ESPECIALLY OTHER PEOPLE'S FOOD THAT YOU ARE GETTING PAID TO MAKE.....
