Would've been 5 stars but they changed up their papadias. The last 2 times I ordered it's like they cut a thin crust pizza and folded it. It was never like that before. When the duritos promotion was going on the thickness of the papadias was pan sized but since it's ended all I get is super think crust thinness. It's delicious but a little disappointing

The GurbHub Driver dropped my pizza at the delivery to me I called and made a complaint. They made it right , Made me a new fresh Pizza same thing I ordered and sent out one of there employ drivers to del the pizza to me. Thats good service and respect for the Customer.

Ordered a pizza online did not get delivered to one hour after the online delivery time the pizza was ice cold, and it had the wrong crust. Whoever I talk to at the store issued a full refund. Can’t say I’ll be ordering anytime soon.

Honestly, don't bother ordering here. It took nearly 2 hours for my food to arrive and it was cold. They were rude af when i tried calli g ro ask about my order status before it areived. I'll only make that mistake once. Seriously listen to all the 1 star reviews. The whole location just needs to close down tbh. Either that or corporate needs to fire every last one and start over.

I ordered my food yesterday online tracking said food was ready by 507-517, upon arrival there was atleast ten pple waiting, i asked about mine after waiting 10 min to get the giys attention he said another 15 min mine was next for oven. Now its 527 , i left and came back waited another 10 min to tell someone my name at this time i do not think i will be ordering from them again in future for $77 order and didnt get my food until 603, an hr late is not the type of service I want. Horrible service !!
Yeah, add a additional like 45 minutes on top of your order time. Especially if ya order at night. Also just unfortunately not managed well, but ya make a mistake only once. I'm telling all who reads this, all the one star reviews are not false or exaggerated. Hit up the Dominos nearbye or Papa Johns in grayslake if your at a midway point. Trust me on that folks.

DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE. My order was never delivered and after the manager accused me of lying that I never got my order, she said they would have it out after 40 minutes. I waited, than called and another guy said he would deliver it in 40. They are HORRIBLE in customer service and cooperate has been contacted for a refund.

Alexis and Josh were awesome! We ordered a pizza tonight for no contact delivery and we were super excited for it! I noticed online it said delivered so I went out to grab it and low and behold my pizza was upside down on top of my pumpkins in the front yard! I didn't get my dinner right away but those little raccoon bandits sure did!Alexis and Josh were prompt in sending out a replacement pizza and super kind, even gave a chuckle at the situation! Great customer service guys!

Horrible ordering experience. I asked for a very simple order. Cheese sticks with olives & banana peppers. This man was disrespectful and denied me my toppings. I worked for Papa John’s before and had no problem accommodating my customers with such requests. There is no accommodation with this location. For these reasons I’m leaving a 1 star review.

I will not rest until Tyler gets a pay raise. God bless this man for working all by himself alone on a Saturday night (9/31/23). I appreciate him for his hard work and effort to try to give great food and great service while clearly being under all sorts of pressure. I gave him all my patience and was nothing but nice to guy. I hope everyone else was too, because seriously?? Saturday night, homecoming weekend and it’s just him? Up the dudes pay or give him a higher position. Justice for Tyler!
