Papa Saverio's Pizzeria & Catering

Ordered an Italian beef with sweet peppers and a side salad. Didn't receive salad or peppers, beef was on its side dripping out of the container in the bag. Also ordered a meatball pizza, was undercooked and lukewarm when it was delivered, barely cut. I expected better for a $75 meal. We used to love this location, however after 3 recent tries I just cannot recommend this location. Richmond one is fantastic.

I always order pizza- B.O.S.S with double dough and extra cheese, sometimes I throw on some pineapple when I'm feeling adventurous! My husband likes the Italian beef pizza. And often we get wings. Always delivered hot and fresh! Have never had any issues with order being wrong, or not receiving all items. And if a mistake was made, I feel it safe to say they would rectify immediately.Thanks! To Papa Savarios for cooking when I don't want to!!!

I placed an online order Sunday Sept. 19th for a 1:00pm delivery. Pizza never came. Tried to call, no answer. The delivery guy shows up at 4:00pm with the pizza. I refused a 3 hour late delivery and called, finally getting an answer. I received an apology and an assurance I would not be charged for the $38.34 order. To date this hasn't happened. My account was charged and I'm disputing this with the bank.Papa Severios has my phone number and email and never attempted to reach out to me. I would not recommend this Papa Severios to anyone. I wish I could give zero stars.

Very good pizza. Staff was very helpful, They had missed something on our order and fixed it right away.

Great Beef sandwich, onion rings and mozza sticks! Hot, on time, and I'm stuffed. Will order a lot more.

I gave up on the pizza after getting my order wrong. I tried the baked mostaccioli. It was pasta with water in the tubes which watered down the awful sauce they called "meat sauce". It was if they opened a can of diced tomatoes and poured it over wet pasta. I got totally ripped off today, as I ordered grilled chicken caesar salad. For EIGHTEEN dollars and change, I received 2 SMALL bowls of salad, mostly croutons ... Three strikes and you're out. NEVER AGAIN

Not what I expected. Thin crust was not very thin. It was over cooked. Onions were burnt (black)

we ordered a ton of food, around 15-20 items, and got 4 total items delivered. this is careless and absolutely terrible. i will not be ordering again. absolutely ridiculous. i would give 0 stars if i could.

We used to order from here all the time a few years ago and it was great, before we moved out of the area. Now that we live in McHenry we decided to give it another go, it is national pizza day after all. Unfortunately, it was horrible. We order an extra large half pepperoni and half sausage with extra cheese. Everything arrived like warm. The pizza was clearly cross contaminated, strong onion and pepper flavors, and the pizza had almost no cheese. This is a huge disappointment since we used to order from here almost weekly. The only reason I am giving 2 stars rather than 1 is the person who took our phone order, she was awesome and very friendly!

Order was wrong but they fixed it with no problems

The last 3 times I ordered they made the wrong pizzas,. They eventually got us the correct order, but had to wait another 45 min. They really need to step it up.
