Plum Garden was cute and nostalgic for me. Much like the restaurants I grew up with in the city. The food was excellent and our server was wonderful and attentive. This was my first time here and I would definitely go back. The prices were reasonable as well. Thank you.

Mai Tai and service was excellent. Ordered the Hong Kong chicken which was supposed to be a house specialty. Underwhelming. Not much flavor. Half the chicken appeared overcooked. Ordered an appetizer boat. Barbecue pork was overcooked. Shrimp was OK. Eggrolls were huge, but lacked any flavor. Only ate 1/2 of two and didn't bother to take them home.

This was my first time going to Plum Garden and I will definitely be returning. My visit was on a Saturday evening and I was happy I made a reservation. It was super busy, so service took a little extra time, but we were on a date night and enjoyed the time to just sit and talk for a while. The food was excellent and it got quieter as patrons started to leave. The portions are huge and we had lots of left overs to bring home with us. They had a special for Lent of lobster fried rice. We highly recommend trying it if its offered!!! The homemade spring roll was amazing as well. We are looking forward to our next dinner at Plum Garden. I am new to the area and LOVE finding a gem like this!!!

I'm a vegetarian and found Plum Garden's lunch menu with limited choices for my dietary needs. The servers seemed a little scatterbrained; one server did not write down our orders and tried to remember what we told him. He had to come back three times to ask us what it was we ordered. Another server had long black hair that seemed to hang over the food we ordered when she brought it to our table; she should have had her hair tied back. This is not the first time I've eaten at Plum Garden; other times have been more pleasant.

This was a wonderful experience. From the time we walked in and was greeted by a smiling lady to the time we left, everyone made our time there a pleasant one. The ambiance was festive, the staff, everyone, was pleasant and engaged. The food, oh, the food! Delicious. We started with crab ragoon followed by Mongolian beef, sweet sour chicken and fried rice. We not only ate until we couldn't anymore but took home enough for two meals. All in all, we will definitely be returning If I could give more than 5 stars, I would give 10.

So nice to actually go to a quality Chinese restaurant. We’ve been going here nearly 20 years when we go through the area. We’re from Wisconsin, but this is a go to stop for us. Even though it has changed owners, since we first came, things have only improved and gotten better.
I don’t know of any other Chinese restaurants that still serves egg drop soup and also gives you an almond cookie when you leave. Everything is so tasty and fresh, if you haven’t been here, you are missing out!

I just got this place to go and it was absolutely disgusting and I almost threw up when my chicken was dry but to add the cherry on the top the sweet and sour sauce tasted like absolute mold and garbage you could not see through the sauce and my egg drop soup was clear so I expect you to NEVER ever go here at all

I had the honey chicken, and it was okay. I ordered wontons as an appetizer, but I never got it. When we asked about it, they brought wonton soup. When we said that is not what we ordered, she wanted to argue that the soup was what i ordered. It's not the best Chinese restaurant i have been to but better than fast food Chinese. I'm not sure i will be back.
