No service. Waited and waited and watched tables get waited on after we had already waited longer. Left and will not be back.

We ordered to go. The food was 20 min beyond the time we were told, which was already 50 min. The chicken fried rice had no flavor, honey chicken meat was dry, and the pic is supposed to be egg drop soup. It was egg water, no flavor whatsoever. The crab Rangoon were good and egg roll was decent, but definitely not worth it. Any potential leftovers went in the trash.

The food is completely delightful! We had a large family group, and were taken care of promptly - the drinks and appetizers arrived very quickly & everyone was happy with their food.

Went to plum garden for lunch on a Sunday food was excellent but there was only one waitress and about 12 tables seated with people and a man bussing tables the wait in between every thing was long and for us to get our check to leave was about 25 min if I had not said anything to the waitress we probably would have sat there longer from now on I will not dine in pick up I hope goes better cause I will do that

We've been disappointed the past 2 times we were here, but tried once more. The lunch Hong Kong chicken said a large chicken breast. The chicken was the size if a chicken strip and hard, over done and terribly salty. The egg rolls were nothing but raw cabbage and tasteless. The service was terrible. We ordered a large won ton soup to share. She brought 1 bowl and the spoon was floating in the large bowl of soup. We ask the bus guy for a bowl and spoon. He brought a bowl with a large serving spoon to big to fit in anyones mouth. She never came to the table to ask how anything was or if we needed anything. We were very disappointed with the food and service. 3 strikes and you're out.

What's the point of ordering food and giving a pick up time if you have to show up and still wait 20 minutes for your food cause it's still not ready.

THIS is what I want from a Chinese food restaurant. Last night was the first time I have ever been to Plum Garden, and I will absolutely be returning. I have been searching for a good Chinese food restaurant for several years after my old favorite place closed. I have finally found it! Thank you Plum Garden! Too bad I have to drive 45 minutes to get here, but it's worth the drive.

We were a party of 6, and everyone of us loved our meals! And the egg rolls are outstanding! I am excited to return and try everything on the menu!

Our server, Kayla, was great! The atmosphere is great! The drinks are great! The food is great!

Some reviewers complain about the prices. However, I think they are perfectly fair. Most of the entrees are below $20, and there are several more with Filet Mignon and Shrimp for $30 or less. The highest priced item on the menu is $32, and it is a feast that could feed 3 people. I have no idea what these other reviewers are complaining about.

The meal I got was $21, and it was not only delicious, but it was more than I could eat. I was able to take home leftovers. The meal my wife got was $25 and it was even bigger and better than mine!

I love the decor! This is what a Chinese restaurant should look like. It is what they all looked like when I was a kid in the 80's and 90's. I'm tired of everything nowadays looking (and tasting) like Panda Express. I want a place with character, high quality food, and reasonable prices. Plum Garden checks all the boxes for me!

I ordered Hong Kong chicken and had it delivered I asked for extra oyster sauce and paid 75 cents for a drop of sauce and my home Kong chicken came dry and no sauce at all.

We went Thursday, 2/5 for a birthday lunch celebration. There were 6 of us in our group. We had various entrees on the lunch special menu including Hong Kong Chicken, Honey Chicken, Honey Shrimp, Steak/Chicken Combination, and a large bowl of soup. We all had the traditional egg roll and fried rice. The portions were large, hot, and reasonably priced (around $13.99). The “flight” drinks were also amazing and 1/2 price (around $7.50) before 3pm. The atmosphere is always excellent and we had great service. Perry were there to great us when a warm friendly smile and conversation when we arrived and when we left. I have been going to Plum Garden for 50+ years and happy to see they have done everything possible for their customers to work through their “family transition” to keep this restaurant and family traditions going strong. Cheers to many more decades of continued success Moy family!

I'm not sure what this place serves, but its not Chinese food. Everything about my experience was off. First of all the place offers no beverages for takeout. That's a fail. I ordered general tszos spicy chicken (I asked for extra extra spicy, an order of crab rangoon, an order of egg rolls and an order of almond cookies. The general tzsos spicy chicken (extra extra spicy) was not spicy at all and tasted more similar to a class D buffet sweet and sour instead. The crab rangoons were tiny and unimpressively mild in flavor. The order of egg rolls was pictured with three and came as a single order. This was nothing like any egg roll I ever ate before and i would be perfectly happy never having another one. The almond cookies in contrast were pictured as only several and ended up being 10. This was the only good surprise of the experience also the only good tasting part. The cost was outrageous for one dish two appetizers and a dessert that mostly wouldn't pass for cafeteria food. If I could give no stars I would.
