This building has smelled like sewage upon entering since it was an Arby’s, I don’t know what went wrong but they need to tear it down and build something else because obviously they didn’t get it right the first try.

I ordered for pick up. I was excited to try their new wings I always see on commercials. I usually check my food before I leave, but I didn’t think I had to as I was the only car there. Boy was I wrong. I ordered ghost pepper wings which had no sauce, and the signature hot had barely any. Nothing like the ads! I was pretty disappointed. Otherwise the wings had a good crunch.

Consistently the worst run Popeyes franchise I’ve ever gone to. Usually I get my order all wrong. This time I arrived at the drive through, only one in it. In fact not a car in the lot, I thought it was closed. A woman asks me to wait…I’m confused, I’m clearly the only customer you have & I have to wait? Odd. Ok so about 3-4 minutes later she comes back to take my order. (At this point I almost drove off) This is at 11:45 am on a Tuesday. Should be the busiest time of the day of a good food establishment. I place my order and specify my choice that the chicken be “Spicy”. She tells me they “don’t have spicy legs”…at a Popeyes Cajun chicken restaurant…really? Embarrassing. That’s like going out for Chinese food and saying we don’t have any rice. So I, the ONLY customer they have, at lunchtime, which should be the busiest time of the day, left.
