I called and asked if they could wait for me to arrive no later than 12:05. They said they couldn't stay open until 12:05 because they were locking the door at 12 PM and donating the leftovers. I got to the pet store next door at 12:02 but couldn't get inside the bake shop. Personally, I'd rather sell my goods than donate them. Don't be late.

I have so many favorites but tops is the frosted blueberry muffins,omg! Next is the cookies that's half dipped in chocolate.live in Wisconsin where now the only bakery comes in gas stations.

Riverside has the best chocolate eclairs, full of custard and absolutely delicious. The raspberry bismarcks are packed with raspberry filling, no skimping on the filling and great to cut in half. The chocolate custard filled are also delicious. I wish I lived closer!!!

HORRIBLE experience! Placed a cake and donut order for my daughters birthday. When I placed my order I asked for a plain cake with rainbow sprinkles around the edges of the cake to match the donuts and with happy birthday writing. When I picked up the cake it had pink and green flowers all over it and pink sprinkles all over the side. When I expressed that was not what I ordered they explained that is there standard cake and they put flowers on every cake? How was I suppose to know this when no one told me that when I ordered it. They offered to give me a $5 credit for a $60 order. Very disappointed in the quality and there customer service.

Like any bake shop in business for over 30 years, they have to be doing something right. At Riverside, at least for our family it is the coffee cakes & donuts. Especially the pumpkin donuts! Coffee cakes almost every piece is good, unlike el-cheapo bakeries that omit the goodies 3" from each end. We have had cupcakes for occasions made there and they're expensive and just so-so. When they do have breads they're only quick breads (no long term rise) and are commercial quality. Overall I would say good, but overpriced.

U can always count on great pastries from this bakery, never disappointed. I find their cakes Delicious but a bit expensive esp the custom cakes. Donuts are the best, esp those with sprinkles.

Not only are their baked goods fantastic, their service is even better! I went there after work today to get my son sprinkle donuts for his birthday since he wanted those over a cake or cupcakes. They were sold out since it was the end of the day, but made them for me while I waited! Thanks Riverside for making my son's birthday special!!
