I grew up in Baltimore, and Rita’s had a number of locations there. I was so excited to see this location open. The owner is usually there working, and is very friendly had helpful. They will let you taste anything before you decide. My favorite is five layer gelati, which layers custard and Italian ice. Try it, you won’t be disappointed!

I've been to a Rita's in four different states. I absolutely love Rita's. It's one of my favorite places to go. But not this location. I ordered a Gelati and got half the custard I normally received in the numerous other locations. There was hardly any custard on the bottom (maybe a tablespoon) and 2/3 of what other locations put on top. And the 2/3 is being generous. Absolutely disappointed in this location. Certainly not worth the high price they charge.

I'm really torn on how to rate this place. It is soooooo good the custard is so creamy and amazing, unlike anything else around here. And the people that work there are very nice! The Italian ice is really well done, and I think it's at least partially homemade. Now to the bad part... the price. It feels really overpriced. I know that milk is expensive, but it's not really wallet friendly at all. 2 small waffle cones and a small cake cone were literally 20 dollars... I will have to pick and choose when I can take my kids there... it's really good but I don't think it's worth that money ?

Very very very disappointed when i was told that none of the Italian ices were made with 100% pure natural fruit, sugar and water. All had artificial flavors.
