Changed the recipe over the years, topping quantity lethargic compared to local competition like Antioch pizza. Pizza tasted too “herbal”. Don’t like the plastic like pizza crisp used, way too unnatural and is used to indicate cheap flower is used instead of a better quality like semola or semolina.
Won’t be back, this was the last straw as last time on free pizza day or whatever, they wouldn’t even answer their phone.

we ordered a half veggie and half sausage pizza yesterday, and it was honestly one of the best pizzas I've ever had!!! and my son ordered a Cheesy beef and said it was DELIA!

The crust was a little different than usual. I know there are new owners but I was hoping they’d keep the same recipe! Also my friend’s gluten free pizza was atrocious! Her crust was almost non-existent as was any toppings! I was shocked to see how little was on her pizza! Definitely NOT worth what she was charged for it. She did call and the place was gracious enough to give her credit. We ALWAYS order from Rosati’s so we hope the quality of the pizza improves. There are not many places that come close to Chicago tasting pizza - yours is (was?) the best!

Rosati's always did a good pizza but with this new ownership the sauce seems a little weak to me but it's still a good pizza better than most places in town reasonable prices and Mondays are still of a deal
