Three strikes and out, not going back. I was so excited to see a Starbucks on this side of town but for some reason they make terrible drinks. My go to is a grande, skim, white mocha, nothing complicated. Each time I’ve ordered it there, it’s made wrong, to the point of being undrinkable. This is a simple drink that I’ve had at Starbucks locations all over the country and this location just can’t get it right. Sorry to say I give up on this location, I’m not going back.

This is my first time experiencing this from a Starbucks. 1st we order 2 egg and pesto sandwiches and when we got to the window they told us that they run out of those sandwiches, then we got ask if we want them to take them off? 2nd we got our drinks, grande Ice chai tea and a grande caramel ribbon crunch, we drove away and when we got the first sips it had no flavor at all, all we taste it was the milk.

This store is very hit or miss. The mobile ordering was turned off, so I knew my drink was gonna be wrong. So I read my order off from the last time I ordered. I get to the window, and the drink is immediately wrong. I order no ice. There's ice. I order cold foam, there is none. So I tell the woman in the drive thru that it's wrong. She goes to remake it. They literally take the wrong one, dump it in a cup and put a ridiculous amount of cold foam. The remake still had ice. No vanilla syrup. So glad I paid 7$ for the wrong coffee. If this wasn't the only starbucks near me, I'd go somewhere else.

Could have been a bad day, but it took 12 minutes to get thru the drive thru at 7:30 on a Saturday. Was only 4 or 5 cars.
When this location first opened it took over 20 minutes to get a drink and then it was made wrong. I was the only person there so it wasn't a long line issue. I have been there more recently and they are up to speed, making drinks correctly, the interior is always clean and organized, staff is friendly.
EVERY time I come here, and its only been a few times, I always forget the exact name of the ice coffee I get, because I don't drink Starbucks too often. But when I feel like it, I come to this new location because it very clean and right down thr street from what I live. But I would like to share and thank the staff there. They are ALWAYS so kind, professional and patient with me when I'm describing what I had the previous visit. I love them and they are the reason I will make more visits in the near future. Thanks to the management for training such a great team. Keep up the awsome work you all!!! ???☕

Wanted to love this Starbucks so much based on its locatoin and shiny new store, but after visisting a few times there are some glaring issues.These past few weeks there is lady who takes the orders in the dirve-thru in the moring who talks so much, it actually backs up the line to the point where I have backed out of the line a few times. She starts this whole long thing about do you want to buy food, blah, blah, blah. They are 7 cars deep and and shes asking for names for the orders. Its drive-thru at 7 a.m., were all lined up!! Lets use some efficeny, cut the chatting and lets get the line moving.Also within the last few weeks I am noticing that every cold dirink is filled to the absolute top with ice.If you are looking for a wildly inefficent drive-thru, a overly chatty order taker in the morning when they have huge lines and cold coffee drinks that are filled all the way to the top with ice, then this is your place. Also trying to get accross 31 at this time is going to cause a very serious accident.
