I would like to say I've never been inside this location but I do frequent the drive thru and the employees have always been cheerful and friendly. Being an Iced Pumpkin Latte girl I must say they make the Best at this location. I've been to other Starbucks but don't compare!! Perfect. Keep up the good work!

I came here with my 5 year old son. A team member, Drew, offered to make my son a small frappucino free of charge. Within 2 seconds of handing it to my son, my son drops it, sending liquid sugar and caramel everywhere. I asked for something to clean it up so the staff wouldn't have to clean up my son's mess. They were extremely understanding and patient as my son and I cleaned everything up. Then, Drew, great guy that he is, REMADE THE FREE DRINK!!! Absolutely incredible. Fantastic staff, and their positive attitude while I was flustered made my day. I 100% recommend this location. Thank you so much and keep up the good work!!!

As someone who used to be a barista, I try to have grace with food service workers, but at this point they’ve had so many chances to improve and they haven’t. Every time I come here it seems all of the baristas hate their job and hate their customers. If you place a mobile order and show up after 4 minutes they give you attitude. They have forgotten parts of my order multiple times and have an attitude when you ask them to give you the items they forgot or they close the window and look at you like you’re crazy when you’re waiting. I ordered a matcha, and put flavoring in it and it was genuinely the worst drink I have ever had & that is my go to order. They have given me regular milk instead of oat milk multiple times, when I am severely lactose intolerant. The inside of the store is clean at least, I'll give them that. I will not be returning to this Starbucks and will be going to the BETTER Starbucks on RTE 31 in McHenry

I placed an order on the mobile app and it said my drinks would be ready in 6 minutes at 12:44pm. I pull up to the drive through at 12:43pm. The girl tells me in a condescending tone that since I just placed it, which is not true, they need to park me. We waited an additional 11 minutes from our given pickup time and finally received our coffee at 12:55pm. The same girl comes out with our coffee and continues to give the same condescending attitude. Something needs to be done with the poorly timed system and the sub par customer service at this location.

Ordered regular coffee 2 cream 2 sugar , got coffee started to drive and coffee is black no cream and no sugars . If it’s that hard to make a. Correct coffee cup just don’t work at a coffee shop and she shouldn’t have drawn a smiley face on that cup

My husband picked me up and latte on his way home. Was looking forward to it until I realized it felt empty and opened it up and saw the cup was half empty. The latte also tastes burnt as well. Very disappointing when spending this amount of money on a coffee.

You know I always try to be graceful to the service industry, and I am. Every weekend I go here it seems like nobody knows what they are doing and I sit in the drive through line for half an hour. Fine whatever. Today I go to get a coffee because it’s Friday, I woke up early, it’s payday, and tell me why they are out of espresso. How in the love of anything good is a STARBUCKS out of espresso at 7 in the morning on a Friday. So then I was stuck in the drive through line wasting my time. I was really excited they put a Starbucks so close to my house on my way to work but they really need to get their stuff together.

Ordered an order to go inside, and it’s been 15 minutes. I go up to the counter to see if they have my order ready and they ask if I have an online order. Nope I placed an order with the male barista and 15 minutes later still nothing. They all look around for the order, and the male employee says “oops my bad”. No apology nothing. Awful customer service.

What is wrong with that Starbucks, it is always closed and if it is not closed you have to wait 15min to get your coffee. Worst location ever to go to. Update online that you are closed instead of wasting people time!!!!!! Avoid!

They need to figure something out with the mobile orders. It's a 25min wait every single time. They have 1 girl making all the mobiles and 4 other employees doing drive through.
