I would like to say I've never been inside this location but I do frequent the drive thru and the employees have always been cheerful and friendly. Being an Iced Pumpkin Latte girl I must say they make the Best at this location. I've been to other Starbucks but don't compare!! Perfect. Keep up the good work!
I came here with my 5 year old son. A team member, Drew, offered to make my son a small frappucino free of charge. Within 2 seconds of handing it to my son, my son drops it, sending liquid sugar and caramel everywhere. I asked for something to clean it up so the staff wouldn't have to clean up my son's mess. They were extremely understanding and patient as my son and I cleaned everything up. Then, Drew, great guy that he is, REMADE THE FREE DRINK!!! Absolutely incredible....
Linette, barista makes the best Iced Lavender cream Matcha drink ever! She suggested to switch the oat milk for coconut milk instead! Best idea ever! This drink is so delicious! It makes me so happy! Thank you
