My husband and I were sitting down eating when an older gentleman (Ray) came in set his stuff down on table and went up to counter to order. Ray was informed that he was to place his order at the Kiosk. Ryan told cashier “I don’t know how to do that”. Young lady told Ray she was not allowed to come out and help him.
