Wow! I cannot believe there is a faster food restaurant that still serves tasty quality food at reasonable prices! A family of four can each have a cheese double steak burger with pickles and a generous portion of fries cooked in beef tallow for under &20! Or two people can have the cheese double steak burger, beef tallow fries and a milkshake with real ice cream for under $20!
I’m tired of the exorbitant prices at McDonalds for tasteless food. Give this place a try and see if you feel as I did. I’m going to definitely try them again.

Love Steak ‘n Shake but this location is one to stay away from. Filthy inside.. no staff to help at the kiosk where you order.. no one cleaning.. one of our meals had maybe 10 fries.. the side of cheese was just a hard and cold glob. I’m not one to complain but it was just an unreal experience!

Bother had huge glob mayo when I asked for none. Choc shake tasted like cleaning products so we got that switched. Banana shake was excellent. Food was okay and water cups tiny like for toddlers. Claw machine was broken and stole $... Just a weird different vibe than steak and shake use to be.

I ordered a #3 thru the drive up, and was pleasantly surprised when I pulled over to eat my lunch. It has been a few months since I had food from Steak n Shake, and my food was fresh, hot, and packaged nicely. The service I received was very good as well.
No shift supervisor or manager available. So if you have issues, good luck. Manager will only speak to you on the phone and does not care to resolve mistakes and is uneducated on the resolutions based on app purchases. Leaves employees frazzled and understaffed on a weekends. Terrible.
